Background information: Louisiana provides CTTIE certificates to Louisiana employing public school systems for applicants meeting the requirements described in Bulletin 746: Louisiana Standards for State Certification of School Personnel. The CTTIE certificates authorize full-timeor part-time employment for instructors of Career and Technical Education (CTE) courses.
