SUCCEED Agent Mentoring ProgramPutting your Fast Track skills to work.

Through “homework assignments,” the new agent will apply what he or she has learned in Fast Track in “real world” experience. Skills are perfected with the assistance of a mentor as well as interaction with fellow class members.

Through SUCCEED, the agent is earning while learning.

The typical Succeed Graduate earns in excess of $72,000 in the first year of real estate. Approximately 50% of graduates earn in excess of $100,000 per year. Succeed is also ideal for the experienced real estate associate who wants to refocus on the basics for an additional boost to his or her career.

Concepts covered include:

• Business plan development • A professional approach to the listing process • Development of an effective listing presentation • Techniques for working successfully with buyers • Staging a productive open house • Effective negotiation/skill building • Successful telephone techniques • Personal marketing plan development

International ConventionAttending the annual RE/MAX International Convention can open doors around the world. With a global network of sales associates, any gathering is a fountain of opportunity for networking, personal promotion, referrals and professional development. Held in premier convention cities such as Las Vegas, Orlando and San Diego, the annual convention now regularly draws more than 5,000 associates from all over the world and has even swelled to a record 9,200 attendees. Packed convention schedules boast nearly 150 hours of educational sessions, and pre-convention courses cover most of the designations that RSN features.

Education ToursPeriodically, RE/MAX of Indiana offers special mini-rallies that tour the state. Industry speakers, top producers, break-out sessions, roundtable discussions and a select group of vendor panels make these tours outstanding events.

For a nominal cost, a CE tour is a wonderful opportunity for agents and brokers to take in 16 credit hours for Continuing Education requirements. Each year, several locations are selected throughout the state to best accommodate all RE/MAX associates.

Continuing Education with Stan Sundheimer

Real estate agents are required to complete 16 hours of Continuing Education every two years. RE/MAX of Indiana associates have the opportunity to receive the highest quality instruction from Stan Sundheimer.

Broker Education TrackOffice LaunchDesigned specifically for new offices coming into the RE/MAX of Indiana family, this two-day course is open to new managers, recruiters and Broker/Owners. Held quarterly at the Regional Theatre, this course covers Broker/Owner business planning, financial planning, fee schedules, the recruiting campaign, how to interview recruits and communicate your office’s unique points of difference.

Denver Franchise TrainingHosted by RE/MAX International in Denver, Colorado, this five-day, content-rich experience will be remembered for years to come. New franchisees from around the world converge monthly to learn firsthand about the RE/MAX system, the inter-workings at RE/MAX International, setting up a RE/MAX office, recruiting, tours of RSN and the International headquarters, and an opportunity to meet face-to-face with RE/MAX International executives.

Broker/Owner ConferenceA welcome retreat from the day-to-day business is the RE/MAX Broker/Owner Conference held every August at a different location in North America. This three-day event brings together brokers, owners and managers from across the globe to discuss issues affecting your real estate business. Outstanding keynote speakers, continuing education and breakout sessions are part of the agenda.

Broker/Owner MeetingsNothing substitutes for face-to-face networking. Regional Broker/Owner meetings are scheduled at least two times a year. Along with Regional updates, speakers on a variety of relevant topics are featured. The Broker/Owner meetings are a great way to meet fellow members of the RE/MAX of Indiana family to discuss experiences and share ideas.

For a narrower focus, demographic meetings, mastermind groups and teleconference calls are also held to address issues that specifically impact your office. You are placed with offices of similar size and mindset to insure that these meetings are of the highest productivity.

Destination RE/MAXIf a recruit’s on the fence, he or she should head for the mountains for a day-trip to Denver for a one-of-a-kind look inside RE/MAX International. You and your recruit will be treated to a buffet and program at the “wildlife experience” built by RE/MAX co-founders Dave and Gail Liniger. The executive team at RE/MAX International provides an insider view of the benefits, opportunities and mission of RE/MAX and how you can be a part of it.
