Marketing Industry Certification National Professional Certification in Customer
Service This certification was designed to capture the core
customer service duties for a broad range of entry-level through first-line supervisory positions across the sales and service industries.
The credential is appropriate for anyone interested in obtaining a job or pursuing a career in retail and other industries that value customer service skills.
Tech Ed Provides experiences that lead to the
development of technologically literate people. At the elementary school level, students are introduced to technology and begin learning to use it in the classroom. At the middle school level, students considering a career in technology may explore the subject in several overview courses.
At the high school level, students take courses to prepare them for technical or professional programs of higher education, such as technical programs, STEM careers, engineering or architecture.
