Testing and Application Help at RCHS

Accuplacer Testing – mainly done at RCHS

9th – 11th graders must take the Accuplacer test. 12th graders will use ACT score.

Page 25: Career & Technical Education Programs (CTE) and Concurrent Enrollment at Rock Canyon High School Fire Science MBA School of Business Multimedia-Video Production

Why take Concurrent Enrollment?

Student is not taking AP courses

Offered in area that student has “passion” for

Adds “rigor” to their course load

Creates a college transcript/college credit

Page 26: Career & Technical Education Programs (CTE) and Concurrent Enrollment at Rock Canyon High School Fire Science MBA School of Business Multimedia-Video Production

Deadlines are Important

This is a FANTASTIC opportunity but student

must complete the entire process, OR:

1) They will not get college credit

2) There may be a cost to you for not filling out the COF (College Opportunity Fund)
