We employ over 250 archaeologists and heritage specialists, and the variety of our work provides a range of different career paths.

Our field teams carry out some of the largest, most challenging and archaeologically important excavations in the UK. Most of our people join us as archaeologists in the field, with opportunities to progress to supervisory and management roles. We also offer training in specialist skills as opportunities arise.
