WORKSHOP OVERVIEWHudsonAnalytix’s cyber division will facilitate a 3-day workshop to CSA members in 3 locations in 2020. Representatives from shipping companies, ship agents, port authorities, logistics providers, and terminal operators will benefit from attending an innovative, blended-learning, interactive workshop, focused on providing them with a non-technical introduction to maritime cybersecurity, an overview of cyber risk factors in the marine industry, and a deeper understanding of cyber risks.
WORKSHOP CONTENT WILL HELP PARTICIPANTS ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS: • What is cybersecurity?• How does cyber risk affect my organization?• What are the predominant threats and threat actors targeting the maritime industry?• What is the difference between cybersecurity and cyber risk management?• How does cyber risk impact my job? MARITIME CYBER-SECURITYTRAINING WORKSHOP
The Frank Wellnitz Training and Wellness Initiativepresents
HudsonAnalytix’s customized cybersecurity training workshops include a cyber risk awareness briefing and 3 interactive workshops. Workshops are designed for non-executive and non-information technology staff.
At the end of each day there will be a hands-on, fully interactive workshop involving all audience participants. Participants will be divided into individual working groups, with each group given a unique organization profile to work with. Each will be required to have access to an internet-enabled device (smartphone, laptop, tablet) Each exercise will incorporate 3 to 4 specific injects. Each group will designate a writer and a briefer. At the completion of the exercise each group’s Briefer will present the group's circumstances, tactics used, findings, and any lessons-learned. Certificates will be issued at the conclusion of the workshop.
