Cancellations We realize that illness and personal problems do occasionally arise and make it impossible to continue your plans. Unless otherwise noted, a full re-
fund of your deposit will be made if you cancel before the final payment date. For cancellations after the date final payment is due, any nonrefundable
expenses incurred for hotels, transportation, insurance or other suppliers utilized on the trip, tour or cruise will not be refunded.
2014 / 2015 TRIPS
August 25—September 2, 2015 “The Best of Ireland”: Killarney Country Side and the Dingle Pen-
insula: A 9 day, 8 night tour. This trip includes 7 breakfasts and 3 dinners, no lunches. Enjoy a tour of
Dublin and an evening of Irish Dance, Music and Song. There will be an excursion to Belfast and North-
ern Ireland. Drive through the scenic country side to Blarney and visit the Blarney Castle to kiss the
“Stone of Eloquence” and walk the mystical grounds. Experience a tour of Killarney, the “Jewel of Ire-
land”, to visit the Muckross House, Gardens and have a jaunting cart ride with a “Jarvey” (driver), who
tells some tall tales. You will tour the spectacular coastal scenery of the Dingle Peninsula and see the rel-
ics from the Stone Age and Bronze Age. You will spend an afternoon at the Dunboyne Castle Hotel spa to
enjoy the amenities. The cost is $3,188 for a Double Occupancy, and $3,687 for a Single Occupancy.
Deposit will be $450 per person upon notification. This price includes air fare, land portion, insurance,
and transportation to and from airport. Lottery system draw date will be August 18,2014.
October 25, 2014 Bacone College Fall Powwow: The powwow will feature singing, dancing, and other traditional activities. Perform-
ers will include gourd dance singers and gourd dancers as well as the Muskogee Nation Color Guard. Browse the American Indian arts
and crafts market for original artwork, handmade jewelry and other items. This is a day trip to Muskogee, OK. It will begin with Dinner
at Golden Corral in Muskogee and then head to the Muskogee Civic Center to enjoy the powwow festivities. The cost will be $40. Pay-
ment is due at registration.
November 12, 2014 Leaf Peeper’s Tour, Talimena Scenic Drive: Explore the beautiful fall foliage on the Winding Stair Mountain,
Talimena Scenic Drive as it stretches across the very top of the Ouachita Mountains in Eastern Oklahoma. We will start on the west side
of the scenic drive and drive the Oklahoma side then down to the Ouachita Forest Visitors Center. Lunch will be at the American Le-
gion Hall in Heavener then finish the day at the Heavener Library with a special presentation of the history of the Dust Bowl Years.
Payment is due at registration. The cost of this day trip with lunch is $35.
December 3rd &4th, 2014 Branson Trip: this trip will include the Christmas show of Shoji Tabuchi at the Shoji Tabuchi Theatre and
the “California Dreamin’ Show” at the God and Country Threatre. This trip is all inclusive of one night stay hotel, two lunches, one din-
ner and one breakfast plus one late evening dessert of cobbler and ice cream after the show. Cost is per person $249 for single, $205 for
double, $195 for triple, and $185 for quad occupancy.
April 19-25, 2015 Savannah, Jekyll Island & Beaufort; Motorcoach transportation for 7 days & 6 night guided tour of Savannah,
“The Belle of Georgia,” where the breathtaking city embodies southern charm, and a close up view of the beautiful homes. Next, hop to
Jekyll Island and St. Simons Island. Jekyll Island was once a playground for America’s wealthy at it’s “Millionaires Club”. St. Simons
is a vision of beauty with it’s quaint shops and moss-draped oaks. Enjoy a guided tour of Beaufort, SC including a visit to Parris Island
Marine Base. This includes 10 meals: 6 breakfast and 4 dinners. There is a $75 deposit. This trip is subject to the lottery system. The
Deposit, Registration form and Health Form is due with in 14 days of notification of drawing. Cost is $575 per person for Double reser-
vation, call to ask for single, triplet, or quad price. Draw date is August 18, 2014.
NEW SrO TRAVEL POLICY
It has become necessary in order to insure fairness to all those wishing to travel with SrO that CASC institute the following rules.
1. All trips are limited to 50 travelers, or on Day Trips 40 travelers. 2. Any trip that has more than the limited amount of registrants within 20 days of the trip announcement, will be subject to a lottery system. 3. Names will be drawn based on room occupancy (i.e. those sharing a room will be drawn together). 4. Groups wishing to travel together may submit one name for the purpose of the lottery and a group will be limited to 8 individuals. 5. If you or your group is drawn you will be notified by mail and provided a registration(s) form. A deposit will be required from each individual along with the registra-
tion form within 14 days. If the registration form and deposit is not returned within 14 days, we will assume you do not want to go on this trip. 6. Exceptions for Day Trips: Money for the trip will be required immediately, there will be no registration form and you will be notified by phone. 7. Those who were not drawn will be notified and placed on a waiting list in the order of the lottery drawing in the case of a cancelation. 8. The drawing of the names for the purpose of the lottery will take place in the Office of Academic Affairs by the Vice President of his/her designee.

“P.A.C.E.” People with Arthritis Can Exercise
PACE is a group recreational activity program designed specifi-
cally for people with arthritis. It includes games, range of mo-
tion, muscle strengthening and/or endurance exercises, body
mechanics, and relaxation techniques. PACE provides partici-
pants with a fun, safe exercise program, which can supplement,
but does not replace exercises prescribed by a doctor or thera-

Beef Cattle Reproduction
Management tools and techniques to im-
prove reproductive efficiency of beef cattle
herd. Review the basic reproductive anat-
omy and physiology. Learn about birth
processes, when to intervene or get professional help. The
cost/benefit of various modern reproductive techniques will
be discussed, including breeding soundness exams of bulls,
selection and development of replacement heifers, artificial
insemination, embryo transfer, pregnancy diagnosis, estrus

Gourd Crafting
Gourds are an exciting medium to be artistic and crafty on. You can paint,
carve, weave, and burn on them. They can be vases, bowls, wall hangings,
lamp bases or just really cool things. Learn the art of Gourd crafting from
Gourd Artist Dani Montoya. At each class you will walk away with a
Gourdgeous piece that you created. $40 is due upon registration, this will
be put toward material fee.
