The space has a function depending on how many people are inside. When there are a lot of people the glass panels change to soft colours and in the other way change to dark colours, inside of the range of blue. Because this effect tries to imitate the sensation and the experience of a waterfall and also with this changing colours the waves and the movement of the water.

El Pasaje de Retoleria is the space that I choose to put my project. This is situated in the city of Segovia, in the centre of this one, specically in La Juderia, stuck to a students residence.Normally It is a zone with much sets due to the residence, and it turns into a place of young people meeting, for it I have believed suitably to put my project here, since I want to create a space of meeting but at the sane time with little of inti-macy.

This project is inspired in a waterfall, trying to give movement and entertainment in different levels, also having a sensation of intimacy with your friends.

This project is inspired in a waterfall, trying to give movement and entertain-ment in different levels, also having a sensation of intimacy. It is a place to stay with friends outside in the street to enjoy the night and drinks. Glass panels and steel structures that it made off change to soft/ darks colours de-pending on numbers on people inside, imitating the effect and sensation of waves and movement of water.

Landscape museum is an example project to prove different tools of grasshopper, creating movement and a new way of driving on a road or tunnel. Giving a regular shape, developing patterns and openings on the surfaces and also calculating the interior and exterior skin struc-ture make these continuous path a real experience of the environment and mood of the museum.

Design of an architectural element based on the growth pattern of Ivy (Hedera helix). It will colonize the University in the same way as the flu virus does, taking the DNA of the infected body to become unique and powerful. Our architectural virus made by a system and calcalculation with rhinoscript programing, will find its way around the Convent of Santa Cruz la Real, recognizing those areas where univer-sity life is low, and infecting them with spaces full of life and activity, and ignoring places where innovation and university actions are ha-ppening. The virus is reproduced as furnitures, stores, benchs, decoration etc. becoming in part of the architecture.

The word as a constitutive element of lan-guage allows build, communicate, transmit. The works presented in the exhibition La Fuerza de la Palabra highlight how through the word and the discourse it generates, the artists express their point of view towards society in which they live. I collaborate in the design and montage of the exhibition in Mexico, organizating with artists the way of presenting their works, also Emeze Benczur give me the opportunity to design the green furniture of his work of art.

    Prof. Jaume Mayol (TEdA arquitectes)

The main idea of this project was creating an individual housing prototype produce with some of them, an urban scale, a city. Initially housing had to be elevated and supported by stilts, but with some studies Tapestry-vertical city is the best adjetive to describe it, growth in vertical and horizontal way depending on the ground. The combina-tion of different residential pieces generates several public and common spaces. There exists balconies, patios, courtyards and gardens that cretes different green areas and atmospheres depending on the vegetation and the geography where is situated.

  • Housing Typologies

Prof. Jaume Mayol (TEdA arquitectes) Prof. Jaume Mayol (TEdA arquitectes)

Housing prototype has this Z shape to adapt to the terrain, also take advantage of interior spaces and also different heights allow to have different kind of natural light inside. Volume I is for a couple, the spaces and furnitures are movable and changea-ble made with neutral materials; wood and blanch materials, to generate several moods in the same space. The idea is exploit to the maximum the space to have continuous and free places. The materials are basically concrete and wood to try to achieve the most efficient housing prototype in terms of money, technology and energy. There exists two others kind of volume that sum one and two volumes for more numerous families and in case of the neccesity of more space.

  • Construction System_4th Year11-12El Bulli Restautant II_Proyecto Bsico y Ejecucin

Bulli Restaurant II is the new Ferran Adrias investment in Madrid located in an industrial area. The building is designed in a pecu-liar way, trying to enjoy and experience the process of cooking something in this famous and glamorous restaurant. The circulation of the building is focused in a central lift to go up and then start the route. Cold and Hot kitchens are the original places with a translu-cent cutlery finished.

This new eco strategic in Theater District would like to improve the ecosystem in this area and also decrease the pollution in the city. At the same time the proposal implements recreation, artitical and cultural spaces built in low buildings in private and public companies that help and contribute to allow and mantein this new confortable and healthy mood. They are built with recycle materials taking from rubbish or containers out of the city, to costruct it fast and easy for disambling them for uses and neccesities. The collection of all the modules becomes the entrance for the rooftop or the container to save the materials and objects need it for the performances in the street.

Theatre District is in the middle of Midtown in Manhattan with a dense and populated area of residential and commercial/oce spaces. There are most of the well-known theatres in New York around this district. This area is divided in 34 blocks between 6th-8th avenue and 42nd- 53th Street. The denition of the avenues are high buildings or skyscrapers with panelboard of advertisments in front of their facades. However the cross streets has tiny and lower building that used to be housing ordwellings. This area doesnt have too much open/green spaces to the public. The streets seem to be paths to go through but not inivite you to stay in. Public spaces grows in the interior of buildings because has not enough spaces in the street.

The strategy is to bring the street to the top/roof ofthe lower buildings in the crossing streets providingnew green/open spaces for the city and also recreatesome places related with interpretations anddancing that characterize this area. Producing a newcultural layer with the creation of micro streetstheatres to allow people exhibit their skills andhobbies.

This idea will create a cultural/artistical environmentand a community mood among people fromother buildings in the same streets and also fromother districts and people over the world.Colonizing the rooftops of building will cretate a new street level providing new green and open space for staying in and enjoy it.

SWOT analysis (alternately SLOT analysis) is a strategic planning method used to evaluate the Strengths, Weaknesses/Limitations, Oppor-tunities, and Threats involved in a project or in a business venture. It involves specifying the objective of the business venture or project and identifying the internal and external factors that are favorable and unfavorable to achieve that objective.

Setting the objective should be done after the SWOT analysis has been performed. This would allow achievable goals or objectives to be set for the organization.

UrbanLabs project envisions Chicago evolving into a model city for growing water by creating a series of Eco-Boulevards spread throughout the city. Te Eco-Boulevards will function as a giant Living machine which will treat 100% of Chicagos wastewater and stormwater naturally, using micro-organisms, samll invertebrates, sh and plantas. Ultimately, the Eco-Boulevards will create a closed water loop whitin Chicago. Following the strategy of Chicago the idea of this project is is created this connectivity and loop among green spaces in Manhattan, starting in Theater district. The stater point is to colonize and reuse empty spaces in rooftops, the reason is not enough vacant space in th ground. Creating a double level street in the top of the buildings is a ecological and sustainable idea to provide green and open places to stay in and enjoy the city.

    2020...

Streets become rooftops is a project in S and M scale, architectural and urban scale. It is a public interven-tion to promote more green areas in the middle of Manhattan, taking the low rooftops as a part of the streets. Due to the location, Theatre District is raised for artists, interpreters and dancers to show their work and also regular people can sit and stay in this places to see them and also rest in this relaxing green areas.

Making a regional, city and park/garden analysis of Rio Eresma in Segovia, the proposal was to improve the existing place giving it a personal character. This location is a park near a university and the city centre. The project was made a public and private orchards taking part the citizens to produce a new and productive vegetation.

A mapping of chewing gums used and dropped on the pavement by pedestrians is used as an evidence of how people use public space. Analyzing different plazas of Segovia center and some cha-racteristics of these ones as pavement, shadows, paths...the idea is to locate places without interests and generate and activate them with a new activity. Wifi stations are the new connections to invite people, especially young students, to stay and also create a union inside the Old Town, producing new environment and life.

A mapping of chewing gums used and dropped on the pavement by pedestrians is used as an evidence of how people use public space. The density of these stains suggest how people move and where they stay, in the axis of the Calle Real and four different squares: Plaza Mayor, Plaza de San Martn, Casa de los Picos and Plaza del Azoguejo. There is a clear relationship between the physical compo-nents of the city (pavement, urban equipment, spatial configuration) and the way people use these spaces.
