Carolina Studios will add additional programs to compliment pro-
grams already in place, as well as futher inspire, intigue, and stimu-
late the minds of young people. It was formed in 2001 , and in 2002
it became a non-profit organization. They offer programs in graphic
design, digital photography, digital recording, and videography.
This program allows kids to turn all of their negative issues into posi-
tive projects. They also provide new opportunities for college stu-
dents, and other people interested in careers in teaching and men-
toring children. This program offers additional educational support
reinforcement. They stress the importance of a safe enviroment that
keeps kis occupied on weekdays , and weekdends.
“It was formed in 2001, and in 2002 it became a non-profit organiza-tion”
CAROLINA STUDIOS
The program shows that it has a positive impact on the youth in it’s
community. The message to reach out to the community will be
delivered through social media, print, internet, and through radio.
Social media, such as Twitter and Facebook are two tools that Caro-
lina Studios use to reach out to the masses. Print and radio will play
a major role directly in the community to promote the organization’s
service.
Carolina Studios strengthens the youth’s social behavior, and it al-
lows them to grow with self confidence, self control, and self idenity.
This program motivates them to learn, and learning through the arts
nurtures their motivation. Programs such as Carolina Studios can
save children from ending up on the wrong path and guide them to
be productive citizens. Their mission is to expose more children to
the growing media arts industry.

ABSTRACTCAROLINA STUDIOS
“Therefore, I visualize Carolina Studios to be apart of that success equation.”
Carolina Studios is an after school program based in Charleston,
South Carolina for at risk youth. I believe that if the company would
expand statewide it would prevent the youth from getting in trouble,
and help guide them in the right direction. The objective is to expand
with more programs, such as performing art, and visual art, as well
as expanding statewide.
Research has already shown that art after school program’s help
improve student’s scholatics. Therefore, I visualize Carolina Studios
to be apart of that success equation. The advertising problem with
Carolina Studios is that website is not appealing to the target audi-
ence.

Summary
The Carolina Studios is a campaign that is uniwue and destined to
change lives. It is a positive non-tradtitional after school program
that will definitely make a change in any community. The focus of
this campaign is how important the Carolina Studios is important to
its community, and the benefits of an art after school program has
on at-risk youth in their community.
This organization can really be beneficial and open eyes to many of
the youth that never had an interest in any aspect of art. Through
art, the youth can express themselves in many ways through the dif-
ferent art forms. Carolina Studios can build futures, while making
a positive impact in the present. This program can help the youth
develop character and confidence because they tend to be misunder-
stood.
