➤ The following dyes contain only salt resulting from the synthesis process – no extra salt is used as cutting agent.

➤ The “CP” dyes are even higher concentrated than the normal selling products, so that even from the synthesis process, less salt is included.

Salt free advantages in carpet printing

➤ Thickeners for Chromojet printing are mainly based on acrylate.

➤ Acrylate thickeners are sensitive against:

➢ pH

➢ electrolytes (salt, dyes, auxiliaries)

➤ The higher the salt concentration, the lower the viscosity of the printing paste (for the same quantity of thickener).

➤ The higher the dye concentration, the lower the needed dye quantity, so the salt amount originating from the dye is lower.

➤ The lower the salt content from dye used in a printing paste, the lower the needed quantity of acrylate thickener to get a defined viscosity.

➤ With the selected higher concentrated Telon/Isolan, thickener can be saved (each thickener shows different characteristic).

➤ Non-sulfonated Co-Complex dye with very high light fastness

➤ As yellow trichromatic component together with Supralan Red C-G and Supralan Grey C-2G

➤ This three color combination shows very good combinability especially in digital carpet printing

➤ If a correction of metamerism is needed, for example with Isolan Yellow K-PRL 200% (e.g. automotive material), Isolan Yellow NW can be very helpful

➤ No catalytic fading unlike C.I. Acid Yellow 059 type
