Background:- Though guided by my instincts & an ancestral background in the field of Civil Engineering, after passing out D.C.E, I started my career as an apprentice of a renowned Architect in Kolkata. But within a year (by 1998) able to form a Civil-Contractor ship firm of my own. As a professional Civil-Contractor for more than eight years( 1998 to 2006) I’ve successfully executed various types of construction works (in Buildings, Roads, Public Health etc.) in Govt. as well as in Private sectors. But due to acute financial problems I’ve been forced to close my business in the end of year 2006 and started again my career in the service sector which I’m continuing for last eight years.

Expertise:- Throughout my service career I’ve developed a keen interest in the structural works mainly for all sorts of Building’s foundation, RCC/ Structural Steel frame structures, Retaining walls for double basements, Working along with Architects & Consultants for more than eight years I’ve gain adequate conception of the prospective view as well as facade designing according to the utility of the Structure. I’m also quite sound in the most complex execution process of Restoration & Reconstruction of Heritage Buildings as per International Codes by UNESCO.

My Experiences with the Employers(Starting with the most current one):-

(1) Realmark Realty Pvt. Limited. Joined : 13th.July,2015.........Till date.# 9, Lalbazar Street, Mercantile Building, Block-A, Suit No. 68, Kolkata-700 001.

Working as a Sr. Engineer (Project & Planning) & responsible for all construction related activities such as execution, procurement, liaisons with Architect/Structural Eng/Govt. Statutory bodies as well as make the job done by Junior Engineers, Contractors/Suppliers for three nos. Residential building Projects(G+4) storied in & around Kolkata.

(2) Dulal Mukherjee & Associates. Joined: From: 15th.May,2007 to 30th.April,2015. 28B, Shakespeare Sarani, Nilambar Building, 10th.Floor, Kolkata-700 017.

As an Assistant Engineer(Civil) I was posted to ‘Genexx Valley' project site at Joka, Kolkata for supervision as a consulting site engineer behalf of the Architect for G+14,G+10,G+7,G+5 storied High-rise Building complex which was also having facilities of a club house with swimming pool, kids pool, sauna, gym etc. and water body for boating , open air auditorium and many more modern commodities. After handing taking over of approximately 1250nos. of flats I was posted to H.O. for estimation of BOQ for various 2BHK, 3BHK, Guest House, Guest Dinning etc. blocks of buildings of "ANKUR" THE 30 ACRE TOWNSHIP of the upcoming Jindal Steel Plant at Salboni, Pashim Midnapur, W.B. In September’2010 I was posted to Army Welfare Housing Organization site (Phase-I) at Teghoria , Kolkata near Airport for completion of 13 nos. of G+4 storied building's balance works(App.8 Cores). After handing over 220 flats now I’ve started looking over the new G+5 storied 09 Blocks (Phase-II- a 68 Cores Project) of including a club house and internal concrete road construction.

(3) M/s B L KASHYAP & SONS LTD. Worked as a Senior Engineer from 21-12-06 to 30-04-07.I was executing along with my team of two Jr. Engineers and four Supervisors, various structural steel member fabrication & erection works incl. lime concreting etc. in reconstruction cum restoration project of the Great Eastern Hotel, Kolkata as per the Heritage Building codes under the guidance of the Architect61 of Singapore.

(4) M/s Simplex Infrastructure Ltd.:- Worked as a Junior Engineer( from 8-08-06 to 30-11-06.) I was executing a raft foundation at (-) 15.00m level from F.G.L. for a Double Basement+G+20 storied building project of Brigade Metropolis Group at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

My simple motto is to gain more knowledge through outstanding performance and hard work in the most challenging fields of Civil Construction. Expected salary as per standard.
