1. BSc or equivalent in Engineering Discipline. Preferable certified PMP or equivalent certification / membership

2. Minimum 10-15 years experience in engineering design and construction projects related to oil/gas and/or infrastructure industry

3. with at least 10 years experience in all aspects of Project Control - planning / scheduling, forecasting / trending, resource planning, earned value analysis, EOT claim analysis, schedule risk assessment, change management, budgeting.

4. He should have worked at least 3 years at Supervisory level. He should possess dynamic leadership qualities and project control experience with a portfolio of Projects.

5. High-level computer literacy with MS office
