Blood were collected from newly diagnosed breast cancer patients (n=12; stage I-IV) who hadreceived four courses of standard ddAC: doxorubicin 60 mg/m2 plus CT 600 mg/m2 on day 1,followed by paclitaxel 175 mg/m2 (ddT) on day 1 for four cycles.
