• to make a cleanup/simplification of the existing ground floor plan – fluid spaces
• to create an open cooking/living area
• to convert the balcony corner into a cozy lounge space with niche seating and reading shelves
• to make a ‘playing’ wall – turntable door pannel with a built-in tv – function on a douible side system –
living room + suite 01
• to create 2 suite rooms with glassed walkin’ bathrooms – hotel concept – suite 01 with deck area and free
standing bath + suite 02 with a 1.60m bed and hall concept bathroom
• To set a simple kitchen, based on 2 blocks – 1x cooking + 1x eating (concrete bench)
• to apply a light structure filter on the existing stairs – double skin for protection
• to provide a mediterranean feeling on the terrace level – white inspiration + built sun benches/beds + simple
outdoor bar/kitchen + light structure shading system + light weight built-in plunge pool (water feature) +
simple outdoor fire feature + rise the boarder walls into solid walls – 90cm height
