Netherlands Genomics Initiative Developing a corporate communications strategy • NGI is an independent taskforce established by the Dutch government to build a world-class genomics infrastructure. • Publimarket has been involved with NGI from the moment it was set up in 2002 and operated as integrated communication department.
NGI 2002 - 2013 // www.genomics.nl We were asked to:
To setup and run their communications department, incl. positioning,
strategic & network development, corporate communications.
What we delivered:
• Developed its entire corporate communications package and positioning strategy, incl. communications support for its 16 Genomics Centres.
• Operating as an independent, integrated communications department within NGI until Jan 2010. Virtual communications support 2010-2013.
• Created awareness and communicated the economic and societal benefits (NGI valorisation activities).
