The New LED Message Sign Boards where installed at the end of each production line in total of seven. The 8th LED Message Sign Board is used to display the safety policy and other company message. The supplied LED Message Sign Boards are single sided with bright red LED display, the display boards are clearly visible upto a distance of 80 meters and is designed to suit their factory condition.

There are five updatable data parameters such as “Product Code” for that particular production line, “Target” for the day, “Plan” for the day, “Actual” actual achieved for the day and “% Eff” efficiency in percentage for the day.

Overview:

It was the late Sardar Vallabhabhai Patel who conceived the idea of constructing a dam over the river

Narmada in 1946-47 for the optimum use of Narmada waters for the welfare of the Nation.

Today The Sardar Sarovar Project is one of the largest water resources project of India covering four

major states - Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Rajasthan. Dam's spillway discharging capacity

85000 cumec (30.0 lakhs cusecs) would be third highest in the world. With 1133 cumecs (40000 cusecs)

capacity at the head regulator, and 532 km. length, the Narmada Main Canal would be the largest

irrigation canal in the world.

The project will generate between 856 to 1007 million units per year of cheap and Eco-friendly,

indigenous hydropower. Project would meet the drinking water needs of 9490 villages, 173 urban

centers and benefits three sanctuaries.

The Canal Solar Power Project is a project launched in Gujarat, to use 19,000 Kilometer long network of

Narmada canals across the state for setting up solar panels to generate electricity. It was the first ever

such project in India. A one Megawatt (MW) pilot project was inaugurated on 24 April 2012. The project

is situated on the Narmada branch canal near Chandrasan village of Kadi taluka in Mehsana district.

The pilot project will generate 1.6 million units of clean energy per annum and also prevent evaporation

of 9 million liters of water annually from the canal. The project virtually eliminates the requirement to

acquire vast tracts of land and limits evaporation of water from the 750 meter long canal, tackling two

challenges simultaneously by providing energy and water security.

Coastal Gujarat Power Ltd (CGPL) was

incorporated on 10th Feb. 2006, as a special

purpose vehicle (SPV) to implement the Mundra

Ultra Mega Power Project. The Mundra UMPP

was awarded to Tata Power and as per the share

purchase agreement Tata Power acquired CGPL

on 22 April 2007.

The project will have five units of 800 MW each,

generating a total of 4,000 MW using

supercritical technology and 40,000 MT /day

imported coal.

Power will be evacuated through six 400kV lines, to be installed by Power Grid, to ultimately benefit the

States of Gujarat, Maharastra, Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan

The 1,200 hectare site is located in coastal area, south of Tunda village in Mundra taluka, Kutch district of

Gujarat. The site is well connected by road, rail, air and sea.
