Solution

BUSY was introduced to BBF by Mr. Anil Yadav of Excellent softwares-an exclusive solution partner of BUSY. After seeing the demo, Mr. Anurag, Group CIO, BBF, was convinced that BUSY will be able to manage their back-end operations. A separate custom application was developed to cater specific requirements related to company's production process.

The solutions provided were:

Production Management:A custom bridge application was developed by Excellent Softwares & later integrated with the financial engine of to generate corresponding reports at required time. The application was synced with BUSYBUSY at three critical points in their production cycle‐ Purchase, Production & Sales

All Sale / Purchase of raw material was managed in . During production of goods, stock status reports BUSYwere generated based on the input fed by the application which helped in knowing the stock status of both raw material and finished goods. At the time of Sale, the items sold were automatically subtracted from the finished goods. At any point in time, detailed reports corresponding to any process in production could be generated in . BUSY

Financial Accounting :BUSY provided state‐wise VAT reports corresponding to all states in India. Hence BBF was able to generate VAT reports without the need for customization. Moreover, the costing of all raw materials along with their sale / purchase transactions were managed in . The company could see the reports anytime as per BUSYconvenience and heads required.

Multi-branch Management with User Access Rights Mechanism:Online HO / BO module of solved the problem of handling data at multiple branches. With this BUSYmodule, all branch offices were able to directly enter data at the Head Office Server. User‐wise Access Rights and Controls, both at branch and Head Office level helped company to easily define Access Rights and authorities of different users at different branches.

Although the complete data was integrated and online, branches were restricted to data pertaining only to them where as at the Head‐office, reports pertaining to any specific branch or for all branches combined could be generated effortlessly.
