Project  management  case  study.  Trull  –  Taunton,  Somerset.  

 M4   Property   Solu7ons   provided   CDM        Co-­‐ordinator  services  to  manage  the  safe  delivery  of  a  new  build  project  for    West  of   England   Developments   (Taunton)  Limited   in   partnership   with   Trull   Parish  Council.   The   construc7on   of   the   new  community   mul7-­‐use   sports   and   social  Pavillion  at  Trull,  Taunton  was  completed  in  August  2014  .    Constructed   by   Bluewave   Construc7on  for   West   of   England   Developments  (Taunton)   Limited   in   a   partnership,   this  represents   the   true   spirit   of   Community  cohesion.  The  new  Pavillion   replaces   the  outgrown  former   pre-­‐war   building   and   provides   a  much  needed  flexible  and  modern  facility  for  the  community.        Mo s t   impo r t a n t l y ,   w e   wo r k e d  collabora7vely  and  flexibly  with  the  client  to   ensure   the   project   was   delivered  safely,  ahead  of  7me  and  under  budget.
