II. INTRODUCTION This is the case of Miss U, a 28 years old Married women from Gabon, Calasiao Pangasinan. She was admitted at REGION1 MEDICAL CENTER with the chief complaint of abdominal pain at Righ Upperr Quadran for four dayst. She was diagnosed with IUFD
III. SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY A. Nursing Practice Our case study provides a good source of information that may give way for the improvement of different areas of the nursing practice namely: health promotion, maintenance, restoration. As the society is informed and made aware that more researched is giving for the profession, the more they put their trust on the workers, paving way for the confidence on themeselves and more respect and dedication will be given towards their work. B. Nursing Education This case study can be used by health workers for acquiring significant and vital information to specific cases. It will help them to be knowledgeable. Future researcher will be guided to the utilization of proper nursing interventions and management. C. Nursing Research Our case study function as an aid reference on how to deal with this particular type of disease. It promoted teamwork between the members of the group. They became self motivated by employing own different strategies on how to work on task assign to them. Resourcefulness has become the key in the complication of their work.
IV. OBJECTIVES A. General objective:
1. The core purpose of this case study is to impact knowledge to fellow students and to know more about Gallbladder Hydrops Calculus Cholecystitis its possible causes, treatment, and the methods of prevention.
B. Specific Objectives: At the end of the study, we hope to accomplish the following”
