CASE STUDY
Client Overview: A software company established in 2009 had developed applications like supply chain management for an MNC client, Tablet based application for health care business in US, Special Project tracking tool for domestic architecture & construction companies and many other customized solutions across diverse business verticals like financial services, manufacturing, Architecture & Construction, state electricity board etc.
Background:
• After initial 2 years of growth the organization lost its growing streak and started declining.
• The leadership team was not able to crystallize the strategic direction on whether they should focus on services or products and how much time & money should they invest on R&D, niche technologies & markets.
• While getting customers through referrals was a positive aspect, not having any marketing strategy & effort was a gap.
Proposed Outcome: • Stop the slide, turnaround and achieve 100% growth next year & 3 times by end of 2 years . • Clarity in terms of strategic direction and roadmap for next 3 years. • Establish a business plan, clarify and enhance the business model. • Carve out a customer segmentation, markets identification and appropriate marketing
strategy. • Show case applications and business case studies from projects executed for current & past
clients. • Enhance online presence through improved web-site and social media presence.

Initial Outcome & Current Status:
Series of meetings with the founders established their Strengths and expertise to build the focus for the company. A detailed product conversion roadmap is established and 1st product would go for beta testing by End April 2013.
Additionally in-unison has engaged a design agency to create collaterals like corporate profile, Service brochures and case studies. It’s an on-going exercise and the case study would be updated with actions and outcomes on a periodic basis.
