Outcomes deliveredIdentified 29M of benefit for 5500 tenants as part of the pilot which works out at £5,272 per client per year and includes housing and council tax benefit

£2.2M additional welfare benefits which equates to £400 per client per year

Savings of £125K for completion of online forms by tenant and not through contact centre from originally 21% to 95%

Increased sustainability of 57 tenancies which is a saving on voids of 7K per case saving £399K

Savings on production of tenant handbooks of £110K as now in digital log book and reduction in number of rent statements from 4 per year to 1 saving 9K

Decrease in rent arrears of £150K
