Other business

- Last meeting, some discussion was held about what base year to use for the next outlook: 2005 or 2008 ? It was then agreed not to conclude this discussion now but to discuss it more in detail during the this meeting when Koen will also be present - Other issue discussed was the costs and environmental aspects related to the scenarios. These aspects were not included in CAREPI outlook but will be included in CASINDO. Question is whether to calculate the costs outside LEAP or include it in the cost module of LEAP.
