Chapter 1: What Are Casino Bonuses and Why Do Casinos Offer Them?

nline casino bonuses are the casino's way of enticing new players to join.

Most offer “free money” – sometimes it’s a $10 or $15 chip (which seems reasonable) and

sometimes the offer is for something outrageous like $3000 free.

We all know there is no such thing as a free lunch.

That doesn’t mean that if you’re a smart shopper, you can’t work the system and get the most

for your money!

Through this eBook, we’ll help you do exactly that.

As a consumer, it’s not always very easy making sense of the bonus offers. This is especially

true if you’re used to playing at land-based casinos, which offer very different promotions and

deals than online casinos do.

This eBook will explain absolutely everything about casino bonuses. It’s geared for novice

players and veteran players alike.

After reading this eBook, you will become smarter

online casino consumer.

We’ll explain how online casino bonuses work,

what’s in it for the casino to offer you these

bonuses, how you can be a savvy bonus shopper

and get the most for every dollar you spend –

without getting screwed over by the casinos!!

Let’s get started.

O

Casino Bonuses: Experts Tell All The Industry Secrets

www.CasinoBonusReviews.com Page 4 of 37

The Online Casino Industry The online casino games industry is all about competition, not for players, but for the casinos

themselves. The market is saturated with so many different online casinos that each casino

has to provide an attractive offer to entice you to join.

The good news – as a player, you get to choose the best bonus out there.

The bad news – it’s not always clear what exactly that “best bonus” is.

(But that’s where we come in – and if you’ve downloaded this eBook It means that in a few

short minutes, you’ll be able to decipher for yourself so you’re already way ahead of the

game!!!)

Just the same as with land-based

casinos, where each casino has

different incentives (free chips, meal

vouchers, tickets and attractions) to

get you to stay with them, in the

online world, it’s all about casino

bonus offers because cash is the

easiest thing for casinos to offer you

– hands down.

As we talked about earlier, online

casino bonuses are an incentive used

by casinos to encourage players to

spend time and money on their

website. Similar to a coupon or

discount code that you would receive

at a store, casino bonuses give you

the opportunity to play with the

casinos’ own cash, within certain rules

and limitations. These bonuses have

become so standard in the industry

that it is unlikely that you will land on a

site without some sort of bonus offer

Casino Bonuses: Experts Tell All The Industry Secrets

www.CasinoBonusReviews.com Page 5 of 37

blinking boldly at you from across the screen.

With the massive variety of bonuses all over the web, it is easy to get confused and feel

overwhelmed. Just as casinos have become wise to the fact that they have to offer a selection

of bonuses to attract players, it is important that you educate yourself about what is really

being made available to you. Understanding the various types of bonuses and their conditions

will enable you to make the best choices on where and how to play.

Written by industry experts, this guide will help you decipher the different types of bonuses and

wagering requirements, ensuring that you become a more informed, skilled and profitable

player!

Chapter 2: Is Bonus Money Real Cash?

efore we get into the different types of bonuses, the most important point to clarify when

it comes to online casino bonuses is – can you cash them out?

What do we mean?

Basically, there are two types of bonuses – ones you can cash out and ones you can’t cash

out.

All bonuses, regardless of type and size, are divided into two categories – cashable or non-

cashable.

Non-cashable bonuses, also called “sticky” or “phantom” bonuses, are ones that cannot be

exchanged for real cash. Essentially, a bonus is like a credit and if the bonus is labeled as non-

cashable, you can use the credits to play the games, but it will not be considered cash when

you are ready to withdraw. If you want to make a withdrawal from the casino, you will only be

allowed to redeem your winnings and your initial deposit, not the bonus amount.

This type of bonus is often labeled as 'for wagering only' in the terms and conditions section.

Cashable bonuses are the opposite and after meeting the

wagering requirements, they count towards your overall

winnings and can be withdrawn, making them more attractive.

In this case, it is very important to read the terms and

conditions closely to see if the bonus being offered is

cashable or not and determine which is the right one for you.

In the terms and conditions section on a website, you

are likely to see something along these lines in relation to

Non-Cashable Bonuses:

Here is an example:

B

Casino Bonuses: Experts Tell All The Industry Secrets

www.CasinoBonusReviews.com Page 7 of 37

For a Cashable Bonus, you may see something like this:

Beware!! When you deposit, and the casino awards you a bonus, you will always play FIRST with your own money. If you lose your money, then you start playing with the bonus money.

Therefore, if you deposit $100, receive $100 in bonus money from the casino (a 100% match bonus) and you lose $100, you won’t be able to cashout the remaining $100 in your account if the bonus is non-cashable (and at that point, even if it is cashable, that casino will tell you that you’ll have to play in order to meet the wagering requirements for cashout).

(Of course, this is not the case with a no-deposit bonus, which is why the wagering requirements for cashout on a no-deposit bonus are usually much more strict than deposit bonuses.)

This is standard for all online casinos and in fact, it’s pretty fair. Otherwise, people would be able to cashout the free money. The point of the bonus is to help you win, it’s not free money.

Now that you’ve got the basics down on what casino bonuses actually are (and what they

aren’t), let’s learn about the different types of bonuses so you can understand which ones are

best for you, where you can find them and what pitfalls to avoid when shopping around for the

best online casino bonus deal.

That said, it’s important to understand how bonuses work so you can:

1. Decide for yourself if you want to play with bonuses

2. Know what to expect and don’t end up feeling cheated or frustrated because the fine print was too confusing

Chapter 3: Different Types of Casino Bonuses

Deposit and No Deposit Bonuses

here are different types of online casino bonuses and each offers

its own unique advantages and conditions. In this section, we’ll give

you an in depth explanation of the different types of bonuses.

Here, we break down bonuses into two main categories: no deposit

bonuses and deposit bonuses. As the name implies, a no deposit bonus

or a “free chip offer” is when the online casino awards you with a bonus

before you deposit funds into your account.

A deposit bonus is a bonus that the casino awards you when you buy-in (i.e., deposit funds).

Keep in mind that each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that vary at each

casino. It is important to read and understand these fully before playing with any bonus. In

general, these limitations are typically wagering requirements – meaning that you are required

to wager a certain amount of money before you are allowed to withdraw the bonus. We will

discuss wagering requirements in more detail below and in the following chapters.

No Deposit Bonuses

No Deposit Bonus 1: Free Chips

Hands-down, the most popular casino bonus is the no-deposit bonus. It’s free money.

It’s not unconditional free money and you can’t cash it out and go buy a cup of coffee, but it is

money that you can use and if you win, the money you win is yours to keep.

Pretty great!

Now, where the casinos “get you” is with the requirements you must meet in order to cash out

the money you win with the bonus. That’s a whole chapter onto itself. We’ll get there in a few

minutes.

A.

Q.

Here's an example:

Why does the casino offer you free chips?

Similar to land-based casinos, it’s in the casinos interest to get you “in the door”. What

better way to do that then with a free gift?

You don’t owe the casino anything – and it’s the best way to really check out their goods as

you can play any real money game you want and really feel the excitement of playing with

REAL money as opposed to checking out the games in the fun/demo mode of the online

casino.

So, the casino will front the money for you initially from its own bank, in the hopes that you will

spend your own money with them down the line. Casinos that can really “put their money

where their mouths are” are the ones that offer the free chip deals. They’re confident that once

you play their games, you’ll want to come back for more.

While this is the case, new casinos also offer the no deposit bonus in

an attempt to prove that their product and services are just as fantastic

as the older more established casinos.

No deposit bonuses usually come as a cash bonus and can range

anywhere from $5 to $150. Like other bonuses, the no deposit bonus

can be used to play most games at an online casino, but be aware that

Q.

not all games will count towards the wagering requirements and there are strict terms and

conditions associated with them.

Make sure to read “Chapter 4: Know what you are getting yourself into: Terms and

Conditions”.

If you decide to take the bonus, you will typically download the casino software, register your

account as a real money player and type in a code (unless you come from a special link and

the money is automatically credited to your account).

Some casinos will ask you to put in your credit card information.

Is it okay to put in your credit card information at a casino that you’re not necessarily sure you actually want to spend money at?

YES. Absolutely.

Online casinos are not allowed to accept minors. The way that they deter minors is by asking

all players to register their credit card details as by definition, if you have a credit card in your

name, you are above the age of 18.

This way, the casino is able to verify that you are indeed over 18. By law, they cannot charge

your card unless authorized.

Sometimes an online casino will require that you make your first deposit before you’re eligible

to cash out the funds you’ve won from a no deposit bonus.

You can do this by speaking directly with an online casino customer service representative and

asking them to shut off bonuses. (P.S. you can always turn on the bonus function later.)

There is no way to do this yourself – you’ll need to contact customer support.

TIP: If you take a no deposit bonus and are asked by the casino to make your

first deposit before being eligible to cashout your winnings – FOREGO the first

deposit bonus because otherwise you’ll need to meet another set of wagering

requirements on the match deposit bonus you receive with your first deposit.

No Deposit Bonus 2: Free Play Bonuses

There are two main types of Free Play Bonuses.

1. Free Time

2. Free Spin for Slots

1. Free Time Bonuses

Free Time Free Play Bonuses can be a great way to start off. First, you’re able to really try out the

casino and play the different games. It’s better than playing in the free/demo version of the casino

because you actually have a chance to win something!

These bonuses allow you to play at a casino for a specific amount of time with a set amount of

money and keep your winnings. The allotted time will vary at each casino.

As an example, a casino will give you a set amount of $500 and one hour to try and win as

much as possible, up to a limit of $800. When the hour is over, whatever you have won above

the $500 comes back to you in the form of cash in your account. As with any bonus, there will

most likely be a cashout requirement.

As we mentioned earlier, often times casinos will require that you make a first deposit before

being able to cashout the money you win on a no deposit bonuses – this is standard.

Here is an example:

www.CasinoBonusReviews.com Page 12 of 37

2. Free Spin Bonuses - Slots

Slots are one of the more popular online casino games out there so there are some casinos

that create extra bonuses targeted at slot players specifically.

These bonuses are known as free spin bonuses and come as a time-bound or money-bound

bonus. A time-bound bonus is a bonus that you can use within a certain amount of time. A free

spin bonus is a bonus that consists of a certain number of free spins (these games apply to

slot games). Money-bound free-spin bonuses allow you to play a slot game for free up to a

certain monetary limit.

Welcome Bonus/Sign-Up Bonus/New Player Bonuses

Just as the name implies, the Welcome Bonus, also sometimes known as a Sign-Up Bonus or

New Player Bonus, is given to customers who are playing at a casino for the first time. The

casino’s goal is to attract new players so this bonus is usually one of the best deals around,

and for this reason, is offered on a one-time basis.

Welcome bonuses are match bonuses.

A match bonus, true to its name, is a bonus offered by the casino based upon the amount of

money you deposit. The casino matches your deposit by a certain percentage, up to a certain

amount of money (depending upon the deal).

The “up to” amount is the maximum bonus amount that the casino will offer you. This amount

helps you understand the exact amount of money you need to deposit in order to get the

maximum bonus amount from the casino.

The casino could offer a 50% match bonus up to $200, which would mean that you are eligible

for 50 cents on every dollar you deposit. So if you deposit $100, you will receive a $50 match

bonus, up to the maximum allowable bonus amount. Keep in mind that if you want to take

advantage of the full bonus amount and grab the entire $200 from the casino, you’ll have to

deposit $400.

Let’s take a look at a real-life example:

The bottom line? What you want to look for is a high percentage and a high

maximum match amount.

100% = The casino matches your deposit dollar for dollar.

200% = The casino matches your deposit with 2 dollars for every 1 dollar you spend

300% = The casino matches your deposit with 3 dollars for every 1 dollar you spend

and so forth...

Casino Bonuses: Experts Tell All The Industry Secrets

Welcome Bonus: 100% match up to $100

Let’s start by saying that this is a very clear and transparent advertisement. Instead of the

flashy ads promising thousands of free bonus dollars with no real commitment, this ad clearly

states that this is a casino match bonus and that you will receive a bonus upon your first chip

purchase.

We like transparent, easy to understand ads!

Now, let’s break it down.

For this bonus, 100% match up to $500, you’ll need to deposit $500 to get the maximum

bonus.

When you deposit $500, you’ll get to start playing with $1000 in your account.

On one hand, you want to get the most for your money. On the other hand, do you really want

to deposit $500 at a casino you’ve never really played at before?

If you deposit less, you’ll still be matched dollar for dollar but as we established above, there are

match bonuses higher than 100% so you might want to keep looking.

Casino Bonuses: Experts Tell All The Industry Secrets

www.CasinoBonusReviews.com Page 15 of 37

Let’s take it a step further. What about those outrageous offers like ‘$3000 Free’ or ‘$1000

Free’!

Is bigger really better?

MYTH:

The best strategy here is to look for the largest match bonus you can find at each

casino.

FACT:

When it comes to welcome bonuses, bigger is not always better! Most new players

assume that a banner ad flashing “$1000 Free Bonus!” means that upon signing up

to a new casino, you’ll find $1000 worth of free chips waiting in your account. The

reality, however, is a bit different.

First, let’s get one thing straight. A Welcome Bonus/New Player Bonus/First Deposit Bonus is

a bonus the casino will give you only upon making your first deposit as a new player. This

means that you can’t receive this bonus if you’ve had an account in the past. This rule applies

to one account per household. The casino will check based on your computer’s IP address,

even if you try to use a different name you’ll run into problems when you deposit and expect to

see your first match bonus.

Casino Bonuses: Experts Tell All The Industry Secrets

www.CasinoBonusReviews.com Page 16 of 37

Be aware!

Casino’s get creative when it comes to the fine print of the welcome bonus. The huge number

is always broken down into separate deposits.

The good news?

The casino will award you with a match bonus each time you deposit.

The bad news?

You’ll have to spend a lot of money in order to actually get the “maximum” bonus amount

(aka the huge number advertised as ‘free’).

Each separate section is a match bonus (i.e., deposit X amount and the casino will match your

deposit by X% up to X.) The “up to X” is considered as part of the bonus.

Confused? Don’t worry. You’re not alone. Casino bonuses are extremely confusing.

Let’s call a spade a spade; the goal of the casino is to lead you on and confuse you terribly.

However, if you’ve come this far and you’ve gotten your hands on this e-book, you’ve already

got one up on ‘em!

Moving along... let’s break it down with some examples:

Casino X offers a $1000 Welcome Bonus.

The bonus itself is made up of 4 bonuses.

First bonus: 100% match up to $300

The breakdown: This is a great bonus. The casino will double your first deposit amount up to

$300. To get the maximum amount of bonus money from the casino (the full $300), you’ll need

to deposit $300.

Second bonus: 50% up to $200

The breakdown: This is a so-so bonus. The casino will only match your bonus by half the

deposit amount. In order to get the maximum amount of bonus money from the casino ($200),

you’ll need to deposit $400.

Third bonus: 25% up to $250

A. Q.

A. Q.

Casino Bonuses: Experts Tell All The Industry Secrets

www.CasinoBonusReviews.com Page 17 of 37

Fourth bonus: 25% up to $250

The breakdown: These bonuses are pretty weak considering that you can just make a

deposit at another casino and easily grab a higher deposit bonus than a lousy 25%. Plus, to

get the full amount of bonus money from the casino for each deposit, you’ll need to deposit

$1000 each time.

So, when you add it up - in order to get the full $1000 Welcome Bonus from the casino,

you need to actually deposit $300 + $400 + $1000 + $1000 = $2700.

$2700 in order to get $1000 in free cash?

Hmmm... Not such a great deal on second thought.

There’s no such thing as a free lunch, folks!

Other important things to consider are the wagering

requirement terms for cashout, deposit methods accepted, the

quality of the casino and cashout restrictions.

The wagering requirements should be low and the casino

should be reasonable when it comes to limiting games that

don’t count towards meeting the wagering requirements.

(Read more about wagering requirements in the section

below.)

Check that you can deposit at the casino in question with the payment method of your choice.

Some limit you to just a few third party payment providers that charge high commissions on

transactions.

Other than that, make sure that the casino is a legitimate business. The casino should run on

software that’s licensed and regulated and they should have the documentation visible on their

website to back it up. Another sign that the casino is not reputable is if they do not share a

mailing address that each casino by law must provide its customers.

Not sure? Ask their customer support representative. (Note: If you can’t reach a customer

support representative within 5 minutes, find another casino as this is a sure sign that the

casino is not well run.)

www.CasinoBonusReviews.com Page 18 of 37

2nd Deposit Bonuses

Sometimes, things don’t always go the way you want or expect when you are playing. If you

lost money with a Welcome Bonus, a 2nd Deposit Bonus is a chance to try again.

Casinos offer this bonus as a means of keeping you playing with them. When scanning a new

casino’s bonus page, check to see if this type of bonus is available as it is can serve as a

“safety net” if you lose out on your first bonus.

As discussed above, an online casino welcome bonus usually is made up of the first few

deposit bonuses but check to make sure that you’re getting more than just a one-off deal.

Here is an example:

ATTENTION: In this section, we have gone into detail explaining exactly how a

match bonus works. Welcome bonuses are deposit match bonuses but they’re

not the only type of deposit match bonus. In fact, most bonuses are match

deposit bonuses – we’ll talk about them here.

Loyalty Bonuses

So you’ve been playing at a casino on a number of occasions and find the experience to be

enjoyable, fun and best of all – profitable! Since you are spending your money at the casino,

why shouldn’t they give you something back?

Well don’t worry folks, they do!!

Loyalty Bonuses were created to keep happy players happy and coming back for more (and

not going to a competing brand).

Loyalty bonuses can come in all different denominations and essentially are related to how

loyal the casino sees you.

Even if you don’t deposit a lot of money but you deposit consistently, the casino

understand it as a sign that you’re not depositing/playing elsewhere.

It’s a great long-term strategy investment because the more loyal you are, the better the

bonuses are. Also, loyalty perks range beyond just cash bonuses. First, high level loyalty

bonuses are usually cashable meaning you CAN cash them out without having to meet

wagering requirements.

Second, players with loyalty/VIP status are able to get their earnings quickly (because the

casino rushes the processing time). Third (but not least of all), these players are awarded with

a personal account manager whose job it is to make sure you’re a happy player (translation:

will give you lots of free chips, cash and even actual merchandise like electronics, vacations,

cars, shopping sprees, etc.).

TIP: How can you get on the “loyal” or “VIP” player list? The casino considers a

loyal player one who plays a lot and deposits a lot.

Casino Bonuses: Experts Tell All The Industry Secrets

www.CasinoBonusReviews.com Page 20 of 37

Bottom line? It pays to be loyal to a casino that you like.

Here is an example:

High Roller Bonuses

All online casinos want to ‘catch a whale’ (a.k.a High Roller) as they typically spend a lot of money.

Even though they may be fewer in numbers than the regular players they essentially contribute

more to the overall revenue of a casino. Thus, High Roller Bonuses are geared towards players

who deposit large amounts of money from the start. In order to receive these bonuses, you must

initially deposit typically $5000 or more to qualify.

High rollers are automatically considered to be VIP players and are immediately flagged and

entered into the casino’s loyalty program.

In return for spending big, casinos will offer great perks, extra bonuses and first-class service

for these players. Everything from comp points and luxury gifts, including free hotel

accommodation at 5-star hotels, free tickets to various concerts or sporting events, or free

entry to some big tournaments.

As a VIP, it will be easier to deposit and more importantly, withdraw from the casino account.

Every high stakes player will have their own dedicated casino representative whose job is to

help them solve any problems. More than that, if any questions or technical difficulties

appear while playing, they will get expedited help from Customer Support.

High Roller bonus can (but not always) exceed the match bonus percentage offered to regular

players. The best part of the High Roller bonus is that the maximum bonus amount received

per initial deposit is dramatically higher.

Here is an example:

Casino Bonuses: Experts Tell All The Industry Secrets

www.CasinoBonusReviews.com Page 21 of 37

Reload Bonuses

Obviously, casinos want existing players to come back as often as possible and spend large

amounts of cash with them. Therefore, they offer Reload Bonuses as a way to encourage you

to keep your accounts open, even if you have not been particularly successful in your playing.

Reload Bonuses give you the opportunity to maximize your bonus over a set period of time.

Similar to Welcome Bonuses, they are offered as a match, but are usually less than a 100%.

Reload Bonuses are typically good for deposits made during one playing day. However, you

will find that most casinos do not offer the opportunity to take a reload bonus on all deposits.

Note that in general, a casino will limit the Reload Bonuses to the first deposit made that week

or a number of deposits made in a month.

Another possibility might be that a casino will spread their Reload Bonus offers throughout a

week. You could see a casino could offer a 30% Reload Bonus on first deposits made on

Monday, a 60% Reload Bonus on first deposits made on Wednesday and 100% on Saturday.

Review the promotion pages at each casino you are playing at carefully to determine what

strategically makes the most sense for your playing style.

Casino Bonuses: Experts Tell All The Industry Secrets

Here is an example:

Weekly/Monthly Bonuses

Weekly and Monthly bonuses are another way for a casino to entice you to keep coming back.

As the name implies, you will only be able to take advantage of these bonus offers during a

specific time period designated by the casino.

Similar to match bonuses, these bonuses entitle you to receive a specified percentage amount

up to a maximum specified amount. If you find a casino that you like to play at, Weekly/Monthly

bonuses can be a nice addition to your bank roll because they reward you for your loyalty.

Although Weekly/Monthly bonuses are not offered at all casinos, they are quite common. Look

for casinos that change up their Weekly/Monthly bonuses all the time, implying a level of

innovation on their part as well as an investment in their customers.

Here is an example:

Referral Bonuses

If you really like playing at a casino and you want to spread the love, you can let a friend or

family member know about your experience and encourage them to register as well. If they

take your advice, you would be eligible for a Referral Bonus.

When involving other people in your casino playing, sometimes things can get tricky. In order

to avoid any mistakes and to ensure that you receive your bonus, instruct your friend or family

member to use your name in the referral box when they sign-up so that you are credited with

the bonus.

Referral Bonuses are given as flat amounts or they can be match bonuses based on a certain

percentage of what your friend or family member deposits.

Like other bonuses, there are likely wagering requirements attached, so make sure to follow

the terms and conditions closely. Once you have met these stipulations, you will be credited.

Payment/Banking Method Bonuses

If you have ever seen a restaurant with a sign outside that says “Cash Only,” then you are

aware that business owners usually prefer to take payment in other forms than credit cards.

Credit card companies can mean hassles, fees and headaches. In the online casino world, this

is one reason that Payment or Banking Method Bonuses are offered.

Additionally, because many governments across the world have strict rules relating to online

casinos, they require a bank to take extra care when receiving a request for an online casino

transaction, slowing down the process.

Payment/Banking Method Bonuses reward you for using another form of payment for a deposit

besides a credit card. This can include NETeller, Citadel or wire transfer, as examples.

This bonus usually comes as a percentage of your deposit and in addition to other bonuses you

are using.

So, if you deposited $50 and you took a Welcome Bonus that gave you a 100% match, you

would have $100 to play with. If you also took a Payment/Banking Method Bonus that gave you

a 20% bonus on top of this, you would have $120 to play with.

Chapter 4: Know What You're Getting Into:

Terms and Conditions

Wagering Requirements

henever you take a bonus, there is a

Wagering Requirement (WR) attached.

This means that in order to cashout any

of your winnings, you need to wager a certain

number of times, as specified in the terms and

conditions attached to the bonus.

Since the casino is giving away “free money”

through the bonus, a WR is a way for them to

manage and offset their risk and ensure that a

certain number of guaranteed bets are placed.

Wagers are bets. Wagering requirements are

centered around wagers.

In short, you need to BET a certain amount of money to cash out - you don't need to SPEND a

certain amount of money.

This is something that most people confuse.

When taking any bonus, it is important to look at the wagering requirements so that you fully

understand what you are committing to when you take the bonus. In general, the larger the

bonus amount, the more likely there is a higher wagering requirement attached.

W

Casino Bonuses: Experts Tell All The Industry Secrets

www.CasinoBonusReviews.com Page 27 of 37

How are wagering requirements determined?

Wagering Requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount or the bonus plus deposit

amount.

(Bonus + Deposit) x (a number specified by the casino) = Wagering Requirement

The number will usually range between 15 for less strict bonuses and up to 40 for more strict

bonuses, depending on the casino.

Are the WRs the same for all games?

No. Not only are there different Wagering Requirements attached to different bonuses, the WR

can change based on the game. Typically, when you see a WR, it will be for the lowest WR

applicable, generally for Slots and Keno. Other games, are a percentage of the WR, and may

not count at all or count very little towards meeting the requirements. These percentages vary

between casinos and throughout the industry, therefore you should look closely at the terms and

conditions and do the math.

Here is a chart example of the breakdown of what you may come across in terms of how much

certain games can fulfill the Wagering Requirements:

Example:

If you were to make a deposit of $100 and take a 100% Match Bonus with a Wagering

Requirement of 25, it would look like this:

Wagering Requirement = $100 + $100 x 25 = 5,000

So you would have to bet a value of $5,000 before being able to cashout.

Casino Bonuses: Experts Tell All The Industry Secrets

www.CasinoBonusReviews.com Page 28 of 37

Do all games fulfill the WR?

No. Depending on the casino, certain games are restricted from fulfilling the WR. For example,

if you started playing slots according to the WR, but then switched to Craps, not knowing that

Craps does not count towards the WR, you would lose all your winnings. You need to proceed

with caution and read the terms accompanying each bonus with care.

Example:

According to the chart, a player who wagers $20 on slots will contribute $20 to redeeming

their bonus.

A player who wagers $20 on Blackjack will contribute $4 to redeeming their bonus.

These are typical examples of what you would find on an online casino bonus page and are

taken from two different casinos:

Violating Terms and Conditions

If you have read through this guide, by now you should know the importance of paying close

attention to the terms and conditions attached to all bonuses. If you violate any of these,

according to the casino’s discretion, your bonus and winnings will be made null and void.

As mentioned earlier, a violation could mean using the bonus to place bets on games that do

not meet the wagering requirements.

In this case, you could see something like this in a casino’s terms and conditions section:

Bets placed on all games other than slot machines will be deemed a violation of the terms and conditions, your bonus and winnings will be voided.

Casino Bonuses: Experts Tell All The Industry Secrets

www.CasinoBonusReviews.com Page 30 of 37

The lesson here is that you should only be playing the games that the casino specifically says apply to the bonus, otherwise you won’t be able to cash out your winnings (you’ll have to play one of the “allowed” games and might risk wiping out your winnings).

Max Cashouts

So you just won $1,000 playing Slots and

another $1,500 playing Blackjack. You are

feeling great about yourself and are

already picturing what you are going to

buy with the extra cash in your pocket.

You are ready to collect your winnings and

hit the stores, but not so fast...

The casino you played at might have a

max cashout.

Many casinos have maximum cashout

limits that range from $2,000-$5,000 per

week. This means that if you hit a random

jackpot or win significantly, you will only be

able to withdraw your winnings according to the casino’s weekly allowance.

This could translate into weeks of waiting to receive the full amount of your winnings.

Not all casinos have max cashouts but it's important to look for them. Cashout details can be

found in the terms and conditions page on a casino’s website or by contacting their customer

service team.

Be sure to take the time to review this information so that you are not faced with long waiting

periods for your money.

Chapter 5: Info You Need to Know to

Maximize Your Bonus Experience!!

our goal should always be to maximize your bonus in order to get the most for your

money.

This means that you always want to deposit up to the maximum amount for the bonus.

The lesson here is to use your money wisely. Remember to never deposit more than the

max bonus amount in order to maximize your cash and keep the odds in your favor versus the

casino’s.

Y

Here is a scenario to consider:

If a casino offers a 325% Welcome Bonus up to a maximum of $3,250 then in order to

maximize your bonus and give you the best chances of winning, you should deposit up to

$1,000.

$1, 000 x 325% = $3,250 (which is the max Welcome Bonus from the casino)

In this case, depositing more than $1,000 will actually REDUCE your percentage bonus.

For example, a $2,000 deposit would take you over.

$2,000 x 325% = $6,500

Since your bonus is capped at $3,250, the bonus percentage is really only 162.5%.

Tips and Best Practices - Rules to Live By!

1. Customer Service – Ask and Ye Shall Receive

A good customer service team is vital to any online casino games experience and is a sign that

the casino you are playing at is legitimate.

If the casino does not have sufficient or quality support, then it's safe to say that it does not

have the resources to invest in the user experience.

This translates to the gaming experience and payouts as well, so it should be taken into

consideration.

If you have questions about bonuses, wagering requirements, or anything else, don’t feel shy

about reaching out to the casino’s support team. It is their job to help you deposit and make

the most of your playing time.

INSIDER TIP: When you are talking to a representative, ask them about any

deals or promotions that they know about. Often, they will let you in on things that

may not be listed online and you can get an advantage on other players.

2. Don't Deposit Right Away!

If we had 10 seconds to tell you ONE important thing about casino bonuses - the tip that would

help you get a bigger bonus every - single - time... THIS WOULD BE IT!

Sign up for an account.

Then wait.

One day, two days, a week, two weeks. And... watch your email!

The longer you have a registered account and don't deposit - the better the offer is going to be.

It's like playing hard to get. The casino already has you but they don't have your money - for

them this is TORTURE.

Casino Bonuses: Experts Tell All The Industry Secrets

www.CasinoBonusReviews.com Page 33 of 37

If you don't deposit right away, you'll get an even better deal! Plus, don't be afraid to talk to a

customer service representative a few days after you registered (before you have deposited)

and ask them for their best offer to get you to deposit.

3. Always Check Your Email for the Latest Deals

We know that there are a ton of casinos out there offering all kinds of bonuses. With so many

choices, it is easy to feel overwhelmed!

One way to ensure that you are getting in on the best deals and promotions specifically from

the places you love to play is to make sure you're getting email offers from the casinos.

Many times your email provider will automatically toss any email from an online casino into

your Spam or Junk folder. You will need to "allow" mail from these email addresses to get

through your Spam filter. Depending on what email you use, the way to set this is a bit

different. Just search in Google to learn how to do it for your specific email provider (gmail,

yahoo, hotmail, etc.)

TIP: If you are concerned about getting too many emails, create another account

just for casino bonus offers and use that email for all your online casino accounts.

4. Social Media if Your Bonus Best Friend

Many casinos and casino-related sites are using Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+,

Pinterest and others to promote bonuses and deals. Social media is a great resource to keep

updated on the latest info from the industry without having to do any searching online. Just

press “Follow” or “Like” and you will have the offers coming directly to you!

10 Tips to Find the Best Bonuses

1. If it’s not a one-time bonus, see how the bonus is broken down. Find the one that’s

spread out the most with the highest match percentages per bonus.

2. Check out the wagering requirements for cashout. Try to aim for wagering

requirements that are low. (What’s considered low? Rule of thumb: Bonus + Deposit x

20 and lower.)

3. Make sure the terms and conditions clearly state what games are allowed and what

games aren’t allowed to meet the wagering requirements for cashout.

4. Make sure BEFORE you deposit that you don’t have an account at this casino. If you

don’t remember, ask a customer support representative to check your details. (If you

deposit and you once deposited at this casino, you won’t get your welcome bonus and

you’ll have a lot of problems getting your money back).

5. Last but not least, make sure the casino is reputable! Be a smart consumer. Only

deposit at a casino that’s regulated and licensed!!!

6. Do not deposit more on your first deposit than will allow you to get the full match

bonus!

7. Don't worry about having an account at more than one casino - you'll end up getting

more bonuses that way. If you don't want the hassle -stick with your favorite casino

and aim towards becoming a VIP player with access to the casino's loyalty program.

8. Don't deposit immediately after opening a real money account - if you wait a few days

the casino will send you a better incentive to deposit - it will be worth the wait!

9. Always read the wagering requirements - don't be afraid to ask for NO BONUSES if

you know you won't be able to meet them (i.e., if they don't allow you to play your

favorite game, for example, blackjack).

10. Stay on top of emails, social media sites and the best casino bonus review websites to

make sure you never make a deposit without getting a bonus and don't miss out on

any time-sensitive bonus offers!
