All casting positions are professional paid positions and some will require touring interstate.

FEMALE ENSEMBLE AUDITION - MONDAY 6 MARCH 2017The Arts Centre Gold Coast – The Arts Theatre

REQUIREMENTS:• Must be over 18 years old / Maximum age 25• Must be under 165cm in height• Strong technical dance experience in Modern

Hip-Hop, Funk, B-Boy or Breakdancing styles• Distinct and Unique personalities with strong

stage presence and energy• The ability to sing would also be advantageous• Must be available for full time

Rehearsal and Performance Season June 12 – July 30 Inclusive

• These casting positions will tour with production interstate

REQUIREMENTS:• Must be over 18 years old / Maximum age 25• Strong singing ability• Not afraid of heights or Flying in a harness• Ability to perform with English Accent Dialect

preferred but not essential• Must be available for full time Rehearsal and

Performance Season June 8 – July 30 Inclusive• This casting position will tour with production

interstate

CHARACTER SUMMARY:Wendy is the most developed character in the story of Peter Pan, and is often considered the central protagonist.

Wendy, particularly in the Nursery Scene, is seen as a rather bossy, older sister. This can also be shown in the way she organises her “boys”. In her unrequited love for Peter, Wendy is not that different from more modern teenage girls;

hers is the character that matures most during the course of the story.

PREPARATION:• Please bring with you a Headshot and 1 Page performance experience CV• Please ensure you bring suitable footwear for dance• Please bring with you a water bottle as you may be required to spend most

of the day• Please ensure you are relatively warmed up prior to Audition• Although not compulsory, If you feel you have sound singing ability,

Please prepare; - 16 bars of an up-tempo pop song or ballad - You must bring your own backing track via iPhone, iPod or any other

Playback Device, CD or USB• Those successful in this first round of auditions will be required to attend a

call back audition the following day, Tuesday 7 March 2017 – 1.00pm

PREPARATION:• Please bring with you a Headshot and 1 Page performance

experience CV• Audition will consist of cold readings from the script• Optional: Prepare a 1-2 minute monologue that shows ability with

language• Please bring Sheet Music (in the correct key with clearly marked cuts)

and of approximately 2 minutes in duration – Song should show the ability to communicate character.

• Please also prepare a second song that is of high contrast of your first choice (different tempo or feel)

MICHAEL & JOHN AUDITIONS - SUNDAY 19 MARCH 2017The Arts Centre Gold Coast – The Basement

OPEN AUDITIONS – Registrations: 2.00pm / Auditions Commence: 3.00pmSEEKING: Boys between the ages of 7-14

REQUIREMENTS:• Both characters must be under 145cm tall• Not afraid of heights or Flying in a harness• Ability to perform with English Accent Dialect

preferred but not essential• A good all round performer with plenty of

character and personality• Must be available for full time
