About Our PartnerAnalysts, Inc. is one of the largest, and most respected, independent fluid testing companies in the country, and hasbeen in operation for over forty-five years. Analysts, Inc. currently operates in 5 different states, which extends theircapability to efficiently support our customers across the entire United States.

Each BP customer will be assigned to one of the five Analysts, Inc. laboratories. All laboratories will provide the sameservices, and each BP customer will remain with the same lab throughout the life of their partnership with BP. As part ofthe BP Lubricants and Analysts, Inc. agreement, each laboratory will be responsible for offering the services listed below.

• Sample kits - procurement and shipping

• Sampling supplies

• Laboratory testing

• Customer Service Assistance

• Administering Castrol LabCheckTM Online and Castrol LabCheckTM Pro

• IT Support for Castrol LabCheckTM programs

• Ongoing IT support and program development

LABCHECK™ SERVICES

BP Lubricants, USA Inc. is partnering with Analysts, Inc. to provide customers with LabCheck™ fluid analysis services. All customer and historical sampling information is being transported into Analysts’ IT databases and current CastrolLabCheck™ customers should experience an almost transparent transition. The only change will be the addresses towhich customers will submit their samples.

Castrol LabCheck™ will become an administered and functional provision of Analysts, Inc. for all sampling supplies,laboratory testing and reporting, web-based LabCheck™ access programs, and LabCheck™ Pro. All efforts will beexpended toward the replication of current user reporting services and data access. New businesses being enrolled intothe LabCheck™ program will require completion and submission of appropriate forms that will govern the setup andmaintenance of your account’s services. Your service options and forms for establishing new accounts are addressed inthis program guide.

ANALYSTS, INC.

Analysts, Inc. is an independent company providing fluid analysis services since 196 0. Analysts, Inc. has pioneered many ofthe testing applications and reporting services that are the standards for today’s industry. Analysts, Inc. currently operatesfive full service laboratories throughout the continental United States. The regional laboratory coverage aligns with ourbusiness regions and will provide efficient regional support, product support, and service to our customers. For manycustomers, this will reduce shipping costs, shorten transit periods, and expedite the results completion time.

Analysts’ laboratories are all ISO certified by Underwriters Laboratories and are additionally certified as being compliantto with the stringent NRC requirements for 10 CFR 50 Appendix B and ISO 17025. Analysts’ commitment and provenrecord of quality parallels its core commitment to quality in product delivered and customer services.

The assignment of your customers to an Analysts’ laboratory has been predetermined and new business will be assignedbased upon regional location of your customer. If you have a customer who resides in multiple regions and a singlelaboratory service is desired or required, arrangements with Analysts, Inc. can be made.

SUPPLIES & ORDERS

Sampling SuppliesSampling supplies will continue to be the same as those previously provided through Castrol LabCheck™. They willcontinue to be available in lots of 10- or 100-unit packaging.

Placing OrdersAnalysts, Inc. will warehouse and ship all sampling supplies. If special arrangements for the provision of supplies havebeen agreed upon for existing customers, this information will need to be communicated with Analysts’ Order FulfillmentCenter (OFC) in Houston, Texas.

Orders for sampling supplies that accompany lubricant will be relayed from BP to Analysts’ OFC for processing and shipping.

When enrolling new customers there are several options that can be employed to govern ordering procedures and assistwith account management. These options can be selected and defined on the LabCheck™ Customer Account Form.NOTE: T o apply these options to existing customers, communicate as appropriate to the OFC.

1. Provide Upon Customer Request:Allow customer to place supply orders directly without quantity limit.

2. Provide Upon Customer Request - Not to exceed “____”Allow customer to place supply orders directly with a given maximum per order.

3. Ship Standing Orders (Quantity & Frequency):Automatically ship a given quantity of kits to a customer on a regular basis without need for individual requests (500 kits monthly, 1000 kits quarterly, etc).

4. Ship Monthly Based Upon Previous Activity:Re-supply the customer each month based upon the customer's sampling activity for the previous calendar month. Supplies will be rounded up to the nearest standard kit quantity (activity = 490 samples; 500 will be shipped). Fulfillment will typically be shipped within 2 weeks of previous months end.

NOTE: Kit orders cannot be placed as part of an EDI order at this time

REPORTING

Reporting Mechanisms/ Media OptionsLabCheck™ Online is the recommended mode of delivery and the default option for receipt of sample analysis forinternal and customer reporting of laboratory results. There is no charge for this service and customers can have multipleaccess accounts for personnel at their own discretion. All that is required to establish an online account is that eachlog-on user must have a valid email address.

BP representatives will have new customer enrollments automatically added to their LabCheck™ Online access. Onlinereporting replaces printed and mailed copies of reports but does not affect facsimile options and delivery.

Printed ReportsFor customers not utilizing LabCheck™ Online (exceptions only), printed reports are available with defined options basedupon sample severity:1. All reports2. Abnormal and Critical reports (C & D Code)3. Critical reports (D Code) Phone call made to customer automatically.

Facsimile ReportingFax copies of reports are available with defined options based upon sample severity:1. All reports2. Abnormal and Critical reports (C & D Code)3. Critical reports (D Code) Phone call made to customer automatically.

Additional Reporting AddressIf the reporting address is different than the “sampler information,” or if an additional form of reporting is required formanagement, regional offices, etc., complete the appropriate information on the LabCheck™ Customer Account Form.All instructions for this recipient is independent of the instructions for the “Sampler Information.”

Text Messaging Notification of Critical AnalysesLabCheck™ is introducing a new program management tool not offered by most competitors. A text message with thecompartment ID can be sent to a cell phone or pager when a critical analysis has been generated. This is an excellent optionfor the manager or supervisor who is always “on the go” but needs to be aware and in control. To utilize this service,request 'Pager Alert' and the contact telephone number in the Special Instructions/Notes section of the Account Form.

LabCheck™ ProLabCheck™ Pro is BP proprietary software for the receipt and advanced applications of oil analysis results and historiesutilizing powerful graphing and trending capabilities. It is NOT designed for every user, but generally for the moresophisticated maintenance manager. LabCheck™ Pro provides an alternative approach allowing for the receipt of testresults electronically via computer modem. Oil analysis data is stored in a database on a local computer’s hard drive andthis information is displayed in an easy-to-read format, focusing attention on problem areas.

There is no charge for this software and service. However, there are requirements and procedures that need to be followedfor a user to be granted authorization for LabCheck™ Pro installation and use. Q ualification for LabCheck™ Pro requiresthe customer to sample at least 50 samples per month. System requirements are detailed on the installation request form.Please see your Castrol representative for additional information and authorization.

Authorization from BP is required following completion of a Castrol LabCheck™ Pro Installation Request Form. The requestform must be completed by the BP sales representative and submitted to BP Sales Administration. Approved submissions will be returned to the BP Sales Representative and forward to Analysts, Inc. for implementation by BP Sales Administration.

LABCHECK TESTING OPTIONS

The Castrol LabCheck™ service offers basic test packages that are applied as the minimum testing for the appropriateequipment/compartment sampled.

Basic TestingProvides testing, interpretation, and recommendations to determine wear levels and trend monitoring, airborne andinternal contamination controls, proper lubricant verification, and drain requirements based on these criteria.Application: Fleet monitoring for wear and contaminants where drain intervals are established. Samples are typicallydrawn as part of the oil and filter service.

Special or Additional TestingDesignation of any optional (additional) testing should be communicated under “Special Instructions /Notes” on theCustomer Account Form. Verbal instructions to the laboratory or written requests with the submitted sample are also acceptable.
