1. Strip back the outer sleeve.

2. Use the spacer to arrange the

twisted pairs as shown.

3. Separate the cores and insert into

the cable guide in the correct

sequence*.

4. Push the spacer and guide together

tightly and trim the excess wire

flush with the end of the guide.

5. Insert the complete assembly into

the body of the plug, making sure

the guide is pushed fully in so that

the cores lie under the metal pins.

6. Using a crimp tool, squeeze the

handle to push the pins home.

Release the pressure and then

squeeze again to lock the cable

grip properly.

7. Finished!

8. The completed, crimped plug.
