VANTIX D Series is planned to be focused on users’ convenience and safety of explosion based on smartness and solidity. With quick acting stop valve and 12bar pressure shock resistance which is the first designed in Korea, it keeps user’s safety as it is, without explosion relief equipment. Moreover, Dust Free System protects users from hazardous environment and the whole process of supply and discharge of products can be managed automatically.

Explosion ProofEvery flanges and main body are designed to bear 12 bars pressure. Also quick acting valve installed on inlet and outlet recognizes the occurrence of abnormal excessive explosion to prevent interior of machine from explosion immediately. These are efficient way to protect not only machine itself but also materials from gas or dust explosion. Furthermore every part composed of well connected ground earth and antistatic materials facilitates prevention of explosive ignition safely in advance.

Top Spray ModuleTop spray module of multi head nozzle and flange type applied to D Series provide easy maintenancewith easy mounting & dismounting.

Container on Moveable Cart• Depends on user’s inquiry and options, supply and

discharge of product can be conducted automatically or manually.

• Container mounted on movable cart can be freely moved and helps supply and transfer of raw material.

Dust Free SystemAutomatic supply & discharge device is designed to be a completely closed system which uses vacuum suction and vacuum conveyer to supply & discharge materials automatically. All process is automatized that operator can run the device by only sampling and checking. This is a good solution for hazardous material prevention and for dust free environment.

D Series model uses wire winch and specially designed filter bracket to provide handiness of changing filters and easy maintenance. Sealing with product container can be realized fast and firm through the adoption of specially designed and manufactured pneumatic tube seal. This tube seal minimized any inconveniences of machine maintenance through maximize the life cycle with the help of inner core insertion and integral molding.

Solution Pump & TankSolution tank is necessary for granulation and coating. Upon production condition, interlocked pump or diaphragm pump can be used. There are single and jacket type solution tank, and jacket type solution tank is to warm up coating solution and to prevent the coating solution to be hardened. Air motor is used for solution tank for operation.

•�Drying Fluid bed dryng, hot air injection plate by the classifier on very vigorous mixing and drying is performed. The base of the fluidized bed drying process.

•�Granulating (Top Spraying) Granuling is formed with a binder injection in reverse direction during the fluid bed drying and the powder is topcoated by powder coating spray.

•�Coating (Bottom Spraying) Forward coating injection is performed to fine coating & powder-coated particles.

•�Pelletizing (Tangential Spraying) Spherical particles are formed by a binder in tangential direction, the coating spray and a swirl flow.

Cleaning SystemCleaning the granulator including D series is conducted by using of rotary nozzle and high pressure pump with low flow so it is effective making strong impact on the inside of main body surface clean. When you choose the cleaning system, it is set for inner cleaning of the machine basically and it can be added the position of charge and discharge chute, etc. Also, for more impact, you can choose gear type rotary nozzle.

Control & InterfaceD Series provides easy & user friendly U.I(User Interface) that operator can see well organized menu on control screen to operate the machine easily. Operator can feel like he operates the machine by looking inside the machine.

SM unit among Sejong Granulation Line is Speed Mixing which is mixing and crushing many kinds of powder.It is also available to apply automatic or manual nozzle & spray system for binder as the option while mixing in order to make wet granulation. Another option is double jacket type vessel providing warm water inside the jacket to make best condition of mixing the powder by maintaining certain temperature.

SCM UNIT (CONICAL MILL)As Conical Mill, SCM Unit of Sejong Granulation Line can be mounted with Speed Mixing. It is quickly discharged with defining wet or dry granulation emitted from mixer through Impeller at high speed and several Cone Sieve.

SCM, which is based on precise production, has realized low heating occurrence, low vibration, minimized noise/dust occurrence and high speed processing.

All-In-One Speed MixingIt is easy to take maintenance as well as to be detachable from an Exhaust of Speed Mixing by Swing Hinge. Hard Connector keeps the Exhaust of Speed Mixing, substantial support of Mill Drum and perfectly sealed.

Conical Sieve can be produced by wet and dry use as either square holl or round holl and it can be provided on the needs of customers.
