Products will be given on consignment basis for display as per the following:
Promoter – CONTRIBUTION BY COMPANY
Promoter Cost (per annum) contributed Module A – 48000/-
Module B – 48000/- Module C – 72000/-
• In case of Module A & B, 1 promoter upto a maximum cost of 4000/- or 50% of the
monthly remuneration agreed to the promoter whichever is less will be borne by the company.
• 1 promoter upto a maximum cost of 6000/- or 50% of the monthly remuneration agreed to the promoter whichever is less will be borne by the company in case of Module C
• Any other cost i.e. conveyance etc. will be borne by the gallery in both the cases.
Branding & Fabrication BY COMPANY
Module A – 85000/-
Module B – 125000/- Module C – 250000/-
• Module A – Branding/Fabrication will be done by the company upto a maximum amount of
85000/-, fabrication for installing company products only, any civil work will be borne by the gallery. Branding includes Inshop & Glow Sign Board.
• Module B - Branding/Fabrication will be done by the company upto a maximum amount of 1.25/-Lacs. fabrication for installing company products only, any civil work will be borne by the gallery. Branding includes Inshop & Glow Sign Board.
• Module C – Branding/Fabrication will be done by the company upto a maximum amount of 2.50/- Lacs. fabrication for installing company products only, any civil work will be borne by the gallery. Branding includes Inshop & Glow Sign Board.

Minimum Guarantee (per annum) Module A –60000/-

Pls Note: 1.Fixed minimum guarantee would be reimbursed only if the Minimum target (mentioned above) as per the gallery module is achieved. 2.In case target is not achieved company would give minimum guarantee as per the following:

Identification & Finalisation of a Gallery
Identification & Finalisation Process
Basic approval on identifying the suitability of the location & other eligibility criteria should be approved by the business head, before taking the deposit. The concerned official/gallery owner can send gallery images to the business head for scrutiny or can ask for a visit by the business head. This process can take a maximum of 7 days which includes taking the deposit.
A written approval to be taken from the business head on the above said condition, once it is approved by the business head the full deposit to be made.
Working on the layout plan of Fabrication of the gallery, & completion of Fabrication, Branding & Display will be done in 15 working days from the date of deposit is made.
Within 5 working days of the completion of fabrication work agreement will be signed between Co. & Gallery.
The date of agreement will be the date of deposit.

Prerequisites • The galleries should be located in high footfall areas with palatial ambience with the
rich brand image. Should fall under defined location predefined by the company.
• Should have a minimum area of about 200 sq ft. for Module A, 200-400 Sq.ft. for Module B & 400 - 600 Sq.ft. for Module C with convenient parking facility available.

• The business associate or the showroom manager should a computer literate to work without any obstacle.

• Module A & B can be shop in shop in a Sanitary, Hardware, Modular Kitchen & Appliances showroom, can be with competitors gallery.
