glass.

We We are a manufacturer of tanks and equipment for water purification, made in glass fiber reinforced poly-

ester (GFRP), with over 18 years experience in the sector.

We have a filament winding machine which enables us to manufacture cylinders to 12.5 meters length in one

piece, with a diameter of 1000, 1200, 1400, 1600, 1800, 2000, 2250, 2500, 3000, 3400 and 4000 mm, and can

reach volumes up to 300 m3.

If anything characterizes us is our commitment to provide our customers work, for this purpose, we have an engi-

neering department to help in the design of any PRFV equipment.

The properties of polyester reinforced with fiberglass

ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT

We We are specialize in the design and manufacture of tanks, filters and equipment for water treatment. We

have a wide range of standard products, but if anything characterizes us is manufacturing adapted equipment,

with close collaboration with our customers to help in the design.

Over the years, we have been increasing our technical capabilities, and now our

technical department can offer you:

Calculations of deposits according to European standards (BS 4994 and

UNE-EN-13121) and American (ASME X).

Design and calculation of computers with finite element programs to opti-

mize the material and durability.

With these applications we can calculate any type of tank, support struc-

ture, etc. that is not covered by the usual standards, and ensure

that its life will be adequate.

Calculations for special deposits buried: deep, heavy vehicles, etc.

Seismic calculations for any country.

Design domestic wastewater treatment plants.

Design of pumping wells.

Lamellar clarifier for wastewater and drinking water.

Diffuser SBR (Sequential Biological Reactor)

Applications:

Ideal for some constant flows, such as campsites, all

kinds of communities, restaurants, hotels, holiday camps,

etc...

Running:

The SBR is characterized by conducting the reaction and clarifier in the same tank but in different stages. This

avoids the problems that can occur in the recirculation of traditional systems of oxidation. Additionally, is possi-

ble to program different reaction cycles-clarifier every day, adapting to the sewage flow variables that may

occur. They can be fitted with removable diffusers.

The ejector system instead of diffusers is ideal for when there is no space for the blower.

SBR with denitrification

Applications:

Ideal for some low and where is necessary removing

the nitrogen flow: campsites, all kinds of communi-

ties, restaurants, hotels, holiday camps, etc..

Running:

It is an SBR with anoxic and aerobic phases which occur alternately. It includes an agitator to keep the mixture in

the anoxic phase. With this system the removal of nitrogen is achieved. They also include initial lung deposit in

order to control the water inlet to SBR at convenient times. They can be fitted with removable diffusers.

Running:

Aerobic biological treatment system. Comprises two processes, reaction and clarify (as SBR), but in two different

compartments. Operate by gravity, so can only cannot be pumped to the inlet water.

Removable Diffusers

Removible drivers:

The treatment plant can be supplied with removable grill diffusers. Then is possible to achieve, on one hand fa-

cilitate and reduce maintenance costs, and on the other, we improve the efficiency of the treatment plant be-

cause, now that not having to keep emptying active microorganisms responsible for debugging.

The sewage diffusers with removable carries manhole to allow passage the inlet grille diffusers.

Storm water cannot go to the treatment plant neither nor can water be pumped input.

Running:

It is a complete oxidation with added anoxic compartment, where the removal of nitrogen is produced by nitrifi-

cation-denitrification, converting nitrate of the aerobic reactor in nitrogen gas in the absence of oxygen.

Applications:

Treatment of domestic waste water in places

where by law, the removal of nitrogen is re-

quired.

Considerations:

It is necessary to install an outlet aeration pipe, with a T, for natural draft ventilation.

Very important to separate storm water of the fecal and install a siphon chamber at the entrance.

It is advisable to install chambers roughing.

Up to 10 people, can be manufactured with higher output with the same dimensions and the above prices.

FILTER –TRENCH BIOLOGICAL COMPACT

Running:

This is a tank with three compartments. In the first, it is produced a solid lamellar and an anaerobic digestion. By

gravity the water flows to the second tank, where the digestion continues and avoid the foam pass. Finally the

solids-free water enters the third compartment, the biological filter consisting of a material with a very high spe-

cific surface area, where the aerobic microorganisms adhere. The water flows through the filter by gravity, while

adhering plant to the filling of the filter are degrading the dissolved organic material.

Applications: Treatment of domestic waste water.

Running:

Septic trenches perform an anaerobic biological treatment. In the first compartment it is produced a clarified of

heaviest materials in suspension and their digestion. In the second lighter suspended solids are better able to

settle and be similarly decomposed.

Applications:

It is a simple system suitable for small communities, with a

not very high required quality of discharge. Also as the first

treatment of a more complex process.

SEPTIC TRENCH

Considerations:

Very important to separate storm water fecal.

Place siphon chamber before the trench.

Considerations:

Include a hinged lid with hinges. The diameter of the connections

can be served with two output connections, one for the filter and

ROUGH CHAMBER

Running:

This is a really important equipment to be installed at the beginning of the treatment plant prior to the reactor, to

prevent entry of thick objects to it, in order to prevent damage and seals.

Running:

Through a suitable retention time the fats and oils are separated from the water by density difference. The water

outlet is located in the intermediate part of the separator, thereby preventing the exit of accumulated fats in

the upper part.

HIDROCARBON SEPATARORS (Type I)

Running:

In a first phase by clarification, sand and sludge from wastewater settle to the bottom. At the same time a part

of the oil, the biggest particles are separated on the surface. The water then passes through the coalescing fil-

ter, where the small particles of oil are added to increase in size and further facilitating separation of the water,

remaining in the top of the separator due to the density difference with water. Finally, the equipment is complet-

ed by an automatic shutter to prevent hydrocarbons discharged to the outside if the storage capacity is ex-

ceeded.

CHEMICAL DEPOSITS

The chemical characteristics of polyester make it well suited for

storing large amount of chemicals such as acids, bases, corrosive

water, hydrocarbons and diesel. Our technical department will

calculate the type that best suits the needs, the chemical barrier

thickness, if it is need double wall insulation, etc…

All tanks can be supplied with the accessories that are needed,

mounted or independent electric heaters, insulation, side-necked

man, gauges, leak detector, stairs, walkway, etc…

The reservoirs are manufactured according to the standard

SITC MIE APQ-006 and APQ-007.

DOUBLE WALL TANKS

For storage of chemicals, is bound to have a drip pan or use dou-

ble-walled tanks.

These double-walled tanks, the manufacture with an internal

structure, between the two walls, type of bee nest, also of FRP,

which gives high strength and safety. In addition, we can feel the

tank with vacuum sensors, levels, sensors, etc...

Each deposit is made with the most appropriate to each particu-

lar product resins.

All equipment includes plate and certificate of manufacture.

This equipment allows the collection, storage and pumping wastewater and

treated water or any liquid.

FILTRATION

We manufacture filters to diameter 4000 mm, horizontal and vertical, of

any length, height and pressure.

We specialize in the design and manufacture of industrial filters for all types

of applications, calculated according to BS 4994, UNE-EN-13121 and ASME

-X. In addition, our engineering department works with finite element pro-

grams, which allow us to design any type of part or strengthening, optimiz-

ing the material to offer the best product at the best price.

INSTALLATION RULES AND WARRANTIES

INSTALLATION BURIED EQUIPMENTS RULES

1 - . Digging a trench whose dimensions exceed 100 cm in the dimensions of the container (both length and

width) . Check the bottom of the excavation is properly leveled and no steps.

. 2 - Build a concrete slab, suitable for the weight of the tank that will endure. For standard deposits, up to 2000

mm diameter can be 15 cm thick and 20 cm for tanks of more than 2000 mm in diameter. The concrete must be

of characteristic strength 175 kg/cm2. Caring that the ironed surface it is on level, free of rocks, steps or sharp

edges. If in doubt, consult our technical department.

3 - . To the relief tank truck can only be raised by lifting lugs places by the manufacturer.

The lifting is performed by halyards which form an angle of 60 ° to 90 ° with the generator of the tank. Cannot

use cables or chains around the tank, or put any weight on it during the lifting operation.

4 - . Once the concrete slab is completely dry, a layer of about 10 cm of washed gravel (maximum grain size of

5 mm) will be placed. Place the tank above, align perfectly and anchor using polyester slings.

5.- Fill with gravel the trench ( particle size maximum 15 mm ) layer of 300 mm , compacting on, until a third of

the height of the tank . Fill the water tank up to a third of its height.

6.- Continue filling the sides with layers of 300 mm of gravel, compacting well. At the same time will fill the tank.

Add the gravel to 40 cm above the top of the tank.

Never use sand or earth.

Compact well and ensure that there are no gaps.

7.- If the presence of groundwater is detected, it may be that the tank be half empty has a tendency to float. In

these cases better consult the technical department.

8.- Place the boxes on each of the access openings to the tank.

9.- The level of fill soil above the tank should not exceed 1 meter in height (for other depths consult technical

department).

10 -. If desire register step light vehicles over the tank, build a ironed reinforced concrete at least 20 cm thick,

whose dimensions exceed a minimum of 50 cm at each end, both in length and width, resting on firm ground. If

the ground is soft and there is a risk that the Station may move or tilt, build four pillars over the lower board that

support the upper board.

11 -. If the ground resistance of less than 2 Kg/cm2 consult our technical department.

. 1 - Place the tank on a concrete ironed, perfectly smooth and level.

. 2 - Vertical tanks: Attach the tank to the board by anchors disposed therein, with chemical anchor or expan-

sion.

. 3 - Flat bottom vertical tanks: Always put some tender above the concrete slab for the irregular base of the

tank fits perfectly.

WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Trepovi and Lef Ingenieros warrants all products against defects in workmanship for a period of 2 years (except

equipment with electromechanical elements, to which the undertaking given by the manufacturer of such

equipment).

The guarantee becomes worthless if the manufacturer's installation recommendations are not met or if on the

contrary, they have been modified without notice.

The unloading and stowage is the responsibility of the buyer, is excluded from the warranty any damage caused

by faulty handling.

To take advantage of this guarantee is necessary to present the invoice.

Trepovi and Lef Ingenieros reserves the right to modify measures or characteristics of the equipment without no-
