HOW TO ORDEROrders may be placed online for the fastest possible service. To order, register at www.irvineprinting.com and create a username and password. Log into your account then choose the specific product(s) that you would like to order. Enter in job specifications (size, quantity, finishing, etc.) and check out.

For uploading artwork, templates are available for download on our website. Download the template specific to your job and setup your digital file to the preset specifications.

Upload artwork through our FTP and include your order number.

Orders may also be placed in-store, or by phone.

Irvine Printing accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, company check and cash.

ORDER CHANGESAny order changes made during production must be in writing. This can both delay final completion date and incur additional costs.

SALES TAXCalifornia customers will be charged California state sales tax, unless a valid exeption certificate is on file with all your current company information. Tax I.D. number will not be accepted over the phone.

SHIPPING & RETURN POLICYStandard shipping for most orders is FEDEX unless otherwise requested. Shipping and handling rates are based on order weight and zone. We are not responsible for carrier errors. Upon delivery, inspect all packages and products for damage. Please immediately note any exterior damage to shipping cartons. Failure to do so can nullify our ability to collect damages on your behalf from the shipping company. Damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier.

If product damage is found or suspected, save all packing materials. This includes inner and outer boxes and all packing materials. If possible take pictures of the damaged product and package. Notify us within 5 business days of delivery at (949) 222-2210. Damaged orders not reported within 5 business days of delivery are considered complete and are the responsibility of the customer.

To return, you must have an RMA (returned material authorization) number before sending any items back to us. RMA numbers are good for 7 days from the date they are issued. Please furnish the invoice number and date.

Returns that are not due to our error will be subject to a 15% re-boxing and re-stocking fee.

All returned items must be repacked and returned in their original packaging for protection. Returned merchandise received damaged will not be credited. Absolutely no returns accepted on custom order displays, including orders with custom text, imprinting or graphics. There are no returns after 10 days, unless approved by management. Any changes in the return policy must be approved by management.

We carry trade show displays of most sizes and layouts, indoor and outdoor banner stands, flags, sign boards, literature stands, and custom travel cases. Our goal is to provide the highest quality products at the lowest prices possible. For even greater value, most of our displays, banner stands, and flags are available in Printer’s Packages (if you plan to print your own graphics), or in Graphics Packages (when you want us to do the printing for you). SHIPPING INFORMATIONIf you place your order by 3:30 pm PST we can ship out most orders without graphics the same day. Our standard method of shipping is via FedEx Ground. Ground shipping transit time varies depending on location, but we do offer expedited shipping for an additional charge.

WARRANTYAll our products are covered under WARRANTY against manufacturing defects in design, materials, quality or workmanship. In the event of product being damaged or faulty during the course of normal use please contact us immediately. We will either arrange for collection of the whole displays and send replacements, or send replacement parts. Please keep all damaged goods as we will want to collect and inspect them. The warranty does not extend to damage caused by negligence and abuse, nor does it protect against normal wear and tear such as scratches, associated with normal routine use, as well as transport damages.

INTRODUCTIONThe following specifications and guidelines will help ensure we receive the highest quality artwork possible to make your print look sharp and clean. This will allow us to produce the best possible graphic output. Please read these specifications carefully and if you have any questions please contact us by phone at: 949.222.2210

SUPPORTED FILE TYPES.PSD: From Photoshop flatten the layers & save as .PSD file with 150 DPI resolution.

.JPG: Save or Export as JPG file with high resolution.

.TIFF: Save or Export as Tiff file with high Resolution.

.EPS: From Adobe Illustrator outline fonts, embed Images & save as .EPS file.

.AI: From Adobe Illustrator outline fonts, embed Images & save as .AI file.

PDF: From Adobe Illustrator outline fonts, embed Images & save as .PDF file.

You can also export as PDF from Photoshop, Indesign, Quark with high resolution.

FILE PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS* The best output resolution is 150 DPI at full size. Files may be scaled down to 50% at 300 DPI to reduce file size.

* All graphic files must be created using CMYK mode to ensure the best color matching. If you would like a specific color matched, you MUST provide a PMS color or we cannot guarantee color matching.

* It is best to flatten all images and outline all text to ensure that nothing will drop out or change during file transfer.

* When submitting the files for one consistent layout over two or more panels, be sure to create the file as one image. DO NOT SEPARATE each panel into its own separate file.

* Do not include any bleeds in your layout.

* Please use our graphic template to ensure art is correctly sized

*If you are ordering graphic panels for a serpentine display, please specify if you want the concave side on the right or left side of your display. If you do not specify, we will automatically print with the concave side on the left and the convex side on the right.

*It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with all Irvine Printing artwork requirements. A customer service representative is available at 949-222-2210 to answer any questions.

TIMELINE & PROOFS Once Irvine Printing has received your artwork, we will start by reviewing your design file or files to ensure that your artwork has met the criteria outlined in these specifications. If any changes to the artwork need to be made, you will be notified. After being notified you will have the opportunity to upload new artwork at our FTP. Our Graphics Department can make modifications or changes for you at the rate of $65 per hour.

Once our Graphics Department has reviewed your artwork, you will receive one low resolution PNG proof via email. You will receive this proof within 24 hours after submitting artwork. Please respond to this email approving your artwork for print. Remember, the faster we get an approval, the faster we can begin the printing process. We can supply a small, scaled down hard copy proof for $35.

After this step, the printing process will take 3--5 days depending upon the item you purchased. Feel free to refer to the item description for the actual lead time for the item you purchased. Note that these production lead times are from the date of approval, not from the date that the artwork was received. If you have purchased graphics that include a rush charge, the total production time will be less. Please factor in shipping time when trying to determine when you will receive your order. Express options are available. An order that was not originally purchased with an express fee may still be eligible. Please contact your sales representative immediately.

ARTWORK SUBMISSIONOur preferred method of transferring artwork files is through our FTP site.
