AMA Resources, Inc.; (Allied Mines of Argentina) was established in 2003 as a Junior Mining Exploration Company, and has since then performed exploration on several deposits which have proven to contain important copper, silver, vanadium, gallium and Lanthanum mineral reserves.
The company owns several measured reserves of Surface Based Red Bed Oxide Malachite Copper that contain over 55 million tons of copper ore at 0.37% cupric or 300 million pounds of metal copper once processed. Additionally, the company has established relationships with several local mine owners with properties which have been previously explored and proven to contain mineral below the 50 million ton minimum requirement which the large mining companies look to acquire. Some of these deposits and proven mines have substantial mineral ranging between 10 million and 30 million tons with grades ranging from 1.20% cu., to 5%. The total tonnage of the combined deposits and mines is well above one billion tons. AMA contractually has right of first refusal to purchase the mineral and the license to process the mineral.
AMA Resources today counts with offices in Hong Kong, Buenos Aires and Neuquén, Republic of Argentina, Montevideo, Uruguay, Republic of Malta and Miami, USA.
The company has three divisions:ExplorationCopper Concentrate ProductionCopper Wire, Cable, Piping, Cathode Trading and Sales
The above was achieved over years of negotiations in order to establish solid strategic alliances with Chinese end users, technology transfer attainment, machinery supplied, end product quid pro quo arrangements in exchange for future copper concentrate production and agency agreements with Chinese, Chilean and Peruvian toll smelters and refiners.
Our company is able to supply over 1,200 copper wire and cable products on order and over 500 sizes and gages of piping. The company strongly believes that in order to
maintain future high level development and brand prestige, returning customer good
quality products with reasonable prices and service levels and that this attitude starts at
home; thus we must continue to develop our already successful social commitment
and management philosophy. We believe this pragmatically innovative spirit will result
in continuous cooperation and harmony, taking our win-win ideology into the next level.
