Prewired for Power, Data & Video NetworksInternal wiring facilitates a quick setup and strike of your TOC. It also keeps the working environment clutter-free and efficient.

Rugged ConstructionTactical Tables can support over 1,500 pounds of distributed weight and feature durable, commercial-grade connectors for all inputs/outputs on the table.

Isolated Channels To Separate Data NetworksUp to four separate networks can be integrated inside Tactical Tables, each with its own isolated cable channel and port areas. Channels are isolated for physical security and RF dampening.

Tactical Tables

Cable Management SystemsSOI C4ISR Platforms is the original inventor and sole manufacturer of Tactical Tables (Smart Tables) and has deployed thousands throughout the world for military and first responder customers. No competing product exists that encloses prewired power, CAT6 data networks and video distribution inside a secure, rugged, aluminum table.

Prewired tables facilitate quick setup/strike times by reducing the amount of cabling required to run Command and Control operations. Operators simply place their PCs on the table then plug power, data and video cables into user-dedicated ports on the bottom of the table or in pop-up I/O panels on top of the table. Tables can be daisy-chained to further reduce long cable runs.

Tactical Tables are powered by 120 and/or 240 VAC. Tables support up to four network switches, each installed in compartmentalized channels. HDMI video distribution isstandard with other options available.

CLST Tables

Affordable DurabilityCLST Tables are a lower cost alternative to our fully integrated Tactical “Smart” Tables. Constructed of aircraft-grade aluminum extrusions these tables provide the rugged durability needed to withstand damage during front line operations.

Optional power and switched data networks can be integrated into the table bottom providing more efficient cable management and faster setup/strike times. Integrated modules bolt to the bottom of the table and can support 120-240VAC power and up to two separate, TCP/IP networks.

Another option that facilitates a clutter-free TOC are our ballistic nylon Cable Management Bags. Featuring separated channels for isolating data networks these bags velcro to the back edge of the table.

Table Arrangements

SOI offers tables in predefined arrangements that include all cabling, chairs and rugged transit cases for storage. If you don’t see a table arrangement to match your TOC footprint simply contact us and we will help you determine what will fit and how. We also provide 2D and 3D models of your C2 equipment to ensure it fits inside your shelter or semi-fixed facility.

Table Arrangements take advantage of “jumping”. The power, video and data networks can be jumped through tables with short cords and cables. Home runs then exit from the last table in the row to power sources, video processors, data enclaves and display systems. Note that no more than three tables can be utilized in a jump configuration.

Mobile Ops C2 DisplayRTOC Flat Panel display systems feature an easy to set up design with rugged components for mobile operations. The greatest feature of our Flat Panel C2 systems is their weight. The case and frameset structure are made with lightweight, high strength, aluminum alloy.

Interactive, pen-based electronics can be added to turn RTOC Flat Panels into collaborative systems. These interactive technologies utilize tethered USB pens to communicate between the display and a PC.

TVs are offered in sizes from 42 to 70 inches diagonally. And new OLED technology results in even lighter TVs, bringing down overall system weight.

Interactive Command & ControlThe RTOC Touch and Tilt is a collaborative, interactive display system integrated within a ruggedized transit case that supports multiple display positions. Operators can mark up on-screen applications and images then save edits to a PC for distribution and archival purposes.

The system supports display sizes from 42 - 65 inches diagonally with other options available upon request. The external I/O panel provides easy access connection points for power, video and USB.

Systems support manual, gas assisted or Auto Lift deployment of the display.

Ultra-Portable Display SystemsmRTOC C2 displays are two-projection systems that pack into a single case weighing just over 100 pounds. The display can be setup in front or rear projection to accommodate varying shelter designs.

This display system is offered with four different screen sizes ranging from 120 - 160 inches diagonally and can support standard 4:3 XGA images/videos or modern 16:10 widescreen formats.

C2 Display VersatilityTypically deployed in Brigade-sized TOCs the LSD display system is equally at home in fixed or semi-fixed facilities such as emergency operation centers and military classrooms.

The LSD features three display areas totaling eighteen feet across and four and a half feet high in front projection. In rear projection the LSD can be slid back into a shelters contours giving operators more room to work.

For smaller shelters SOI designs Tactical Framesets with “rounded” corners to fit within their dome-styled ceilings. And we’re happy to customize a frameset to match any shelter type.

Command And Control On The MoveSOI’s Megawall is a projection-based, soft-edge blended video system that displays high resolution images and videos. Megawalls are mounted on our rugged, rapid setup/strike framesets and are ideal for mobile operations and are equally at home in fixed facility TOCs and similar environments.

Megawall technology features a seamless, static image projected across the entire display area. Over top of the static “desktop” image lay multiple display windows that can be resized and repositioned anywhere across the screen.

Video & Audio DistributionSOI Video Distribution Units (VDU) manage the input and output of video and audio from sources out to external display systems. Supported inputs include PCs, surveillance feeds, DVD/Blu-ray players, TV broadcasts and Video Teleconferencing (VTC). Our expertise in video processing ensures that our customers are matched with the right technology for the job.

VDUs are intuitively designed and feature labeled bulkhead connections for durability. VDUs can be operated by I/O buttons on the front, touch panels or browser-based applications. VDUs support analog and digital inputs up to 4K UHD.

JITC CertificationSOI partner’s with industry leading providers of electronic systems ensuring our customers are working with the latest technologies. Our Video Distribution Units (VDU) utilize video and audio processing systems from Extron Electronics. Extron has the most extensive offering of products certified by the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) for use in the U. S. Military.

SOI also offers network switches, KVMs and card readers certified by JITC and the NSA for use in the U. S. military.

Wireless Video TransmissionAs the popularity of wireless networks becomes acceptable in Tactical Operation Centers SOI can provide wireless solutions for data and video. This time saving capability cuts down on cabling and installation labor.

The transmission of wireless video signals can be done over an existing wireless infrastructure or with a dedicated, integrated Wireless Access Point (WAP). As the diagram shows each wireless transmitter supports a single Ethernet connection.

Wireless video transmission supports up to four devices which can include PCs, Macs, Android and Apple iOS devices.

Mobile Command Station (MCS)

Mobile Command StationThe Mobile Command Station (MCS) is a one-to-four operator, mobile Command and Control system ideal for battle command applications. The MCS features 2, 3 and 4 monitor arrays that extend PC desktops and allows operators to view multiple applications simultaneously.

The MCS can be configured to accept video feeds from surveillance platforms such as UAV and camera systems. The MCS can also push PC video out to larger C2 displays.

Operators are provided with a set of integrated power (120VAC, 240VAC or both), multiple, separated switched IP networks and a video distribution system. The MCS is easily configured to meet varying mission requirements.

SOI cases are designed to protect valuable contents while in storage and transit. Cases are made of aluminum with ribbed walls for superior ruggedness. Cases are lined with protective foam and feature a lid-length sized pouch for storage.

Table bags are an economical alternative to our aluminum cases. Constructed with ballistic nylon material these bags offer superior protection against rips and tears.

Bags come in two sizes for stowing five foot or six foot Tactical Tables and CLST tables.

For tables without internal wiring SOI cable management bags provide an efficient alternative to cables running along the ground. Cable management bags velcro to the rear of operator tables and feature separated channels for data, video and power cables.

Triple Head display systems provide the viewing space necessary when operating battle command software such as Maneuver Control Systems (MCS), Blue Force Tracker and CPOF. Packed in a durable transit case the system includes three monitors attached to a stand and a triple head control module.
