CONSEILS DE POSESPÉCIALES La surface de pose doit présenter les caractéristiques suivantes: planimétrie, absorption, humidité, propreté, pour garantir una adhérence correcte.

Pour cela il faut employer des mortiers spécifiques bien dosés pour obtenir une surface de pose correcte.

La pose du carrelage doit se faire avec un adhésif qui permet de maintenir la capacité dádhérence et dábsorber les mouvements structurels qui se génèrent.

Dans le cas dádhésifs cimenteux nous coseillons lútilisation du type: C2 TE S2. Selon la norme UNE-EN 12004-12002. Le jointage doit se réaliser avec un matériel imperméable à léau, mais perméable à la vapeur déau, qui ne soit pas affecté par les phénomènes atmospherériques, tout en maintenant sa capacité dádhérence et de déformation necessaires pour absorber les dilatations et contractions du support.

Pour une pose correcte nous conseillons une separation de 3mm minimum à 10mm maximum, dans le cas dún joint cimenteux nous conseillons la classification: CG2 S1 selon la norme UNE-EN 13888-12002.

Il faut installer des joints de dilatation qui délimitent una surface maximale de 16-20 m2 en exterieurs et de 36 à 40 m2 en intérieurs. Ils doivent aussi ětre installés lors de changements de plans, tout en respectant les joints structurels de límmeuble.

Il existe sur le marché des joints préfabriqués.

Avec le système dáncrage pour façades collées avec agrafe occulte, nous garantissons la sécurité de la pose sans compter les avantages déntretient et un rendu esthétique actuel.

Ce système garantit une union parfaite grâce à la colle et lágrafe qui est visée au mur et qui soutient la pièce en línsérant dans des découpes latérales de la pièce.

RECOMENDACIONES DE COLOCACIÓN La superficie de colocación debe presentar unas características de planitud, cohesión, absorción, textura, humedad y limpieza adecuadas para garantizar la correcta adherencia.

Esto se consigue utilizando morteros bien dosificados o morteros preparados específicos para este fin.

La colocación de la baldosa se debe realizar con un adhesivo que permita mantener la capacidad de adherencia y absorber los movimientos que se generen.

En el caso de adhesivos cementosos aconsejamos: C2 TE S2 según UNE-EN 12004-12002.

La operación de rejuntado se debe de realizar con un material que sea impermeable al agua pero permeable al vapor del agua, que no se vea afectado por los fe-nómenos atmosféricos y que mantenga la capacidad de agarre y deformación necesaria para absorber los cambios dimensionales del sistema. Recomendamos para una correcta colocación unas juntas de separación entre un mínimo 3mm hasta un máximo 10mm.

En el caso de material cementoso, aconsejamos: CG2 S1 según UNE-EN 13888-12002.

Se deben de instalar juntas de movimiento que delimiten superficies máximas de 16-20m2 en exteriores y 36-40 m2 en interior, también se deben de instalar en cada cambio de plano y por debajo de la zona de forjado. Respetando las juntas estructurales del edificio.

Con el sistema de fachada aplacada mixta, garantizaremos una correcta colación y seguridad, además de un importante ahorro en el mantenimiento de la misma, permitiéndonos un inmejorable acabado estético. Garantizando una perfecta unión en el agarre de la pieza y la pared mediante los adhesivos adecuados, unidos a la grapa atornillada sujeta a la pieza mediante una hendidura lateral de la misma.
