bureau Veritas consumer Products Services make sure that halfar System Gmbh is working in conformity with all legislations (lFGb and ReAch) at each step of and after the production. moreover all of halfar System collaborators are regularly trained by bureau Veritas consumer Products Services Gmbh to constantly adapt the quality guarantee system to evolving requirements and standards in the market.

Halfar works with quality label c-markthe main objective of the c-mark programme is to track all traces of materials that are recognized as polluting according to european standards. the c-mark label‘s requirements are thus determined for components and end products, and they are regularly adapted to current standards by independent experts.

The BSCI Code of conduct

the bSci code of conduct is based on the most important international conventions protecting workers’ rights such

silkscreen print

silkscreen print is a direct printing method where colour is pressed with a squeegee through a screen directly onto the bag.

Digital print

With digital printing, high tech ink jet printers are piloted directly from a computer to create the image on the material. it is particularly adapted to bags with large fl aps surfaces made of tarpaulin.

transfer print

a transfer is an indirect printing method. the desired image is fi rst printed on a special paper using silkscreen, offset or digital techniques. this image is later transferred from the paper onto the bag or backpack using a heat transfer press. the transfer print process enables the reproduction of intricate multicolour designs.

embroidery

the transformation of existing artwork into an embroidery pattern is performed using sophis-ticated special software. the number of stitches and the size, colour and direction of each stitch are specifi ed. the programme fi le is then used to pilot the needles of the embroidery machines and thread colours. Our modern multi-head machines can embroider up to 15 thread co-lours simultaneously.
