GENERAL EXPORT CONDITION CURRENT CATALOGUE AND PRICE LISTThis edition of price list and catalogue substitutes and replace the previous one. ORDERS Ordered goods must be totally collected. PAYMENTS First supply: Payment on order confirmation. Further supplies: 50% on order confirmation 50% before shipment. Zermat Italia can accept to pay only his own bank charges, customer need to instruct his bank to transfer net amount without any charges. GOODS The products could be modified to be improved at any time. GOODS RETURN CONDITION Zermat Italia is responsible just for production defects or for its fault. Zermat Italia must be informed about eventual goods defects within 8 days from receipt of the goods. Eventual returned goods must be agreed and authorized by Zermat. EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION Zermat Italia customers accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Brescia Italy. GUARANTEEZermat Italia certify that all our articles are completely produced in Italy by our compa-nies. Each piece, cast and handcrafted, its unique and the small chromatic or casting difference are the guarantee of craftsmanship work.All the articles are subject of a protective coating treatment to guarantee the quality of finish. CLEANINGOur articles must be cleaned by using a dry cloth or a just lightly water moistened cloth. To clean our article please never use chemicals or detergents because you can spoil the protective treatments and the uniqueness of the finishes.
