CONTENT | Showering diversity

HSK is located in the centre of Sauerland, an

area to the north west of Germany. It is a

region internationally recognised for brewing

beer and spending holidays. However, it is

also an area widely recognised for producing

branded, traditional sanitaryware. In keeping

with this custom, HSK is an established,

quality manufacturer of shower enclosures

(with own glass machine), shower trays,

shower panels, shower packs, brassware,

mirror cabinets and designer radiators. The

family owned business has strong links with

retailers, distributors and installers, providing

quality solutions for any bathroom.

Throughout the company‘s history, HSK has

developed all products inhouse using innova-

tive design ideas, modern technology and

quality materials to produce a com petitive

product for the market at the right price. Only

high grade materials such as aluminium, acrylic

and toughened safety glass are used to produce

HSK merchandise. Tested to DIN/ISO 9001

standards there is a lifetime quality guarantee

on almost all HSK manufactured products,

giving the retailer and consumer complete

confidence in their purchase.

Installation Advice Mounting on a shower tray HSK shower enclosures are designed to be installed by a specified dimension from the edge of the shower tray. This measurement is given in all installation instruction documents. Because of this, shower enclosures are always smaller then the stated size. Please refer to the adjustment options of each enclosure in the bro-chure.

Installation on tiles with standard sizeMounting a standard cabin on tiles - please tell us when ordering, if it is planned to install a standard shower on tile and if the glass elements must fall on the ground joint. The dimensions of the tiled surface are then smaller. On request, we make tiling plan available.

Installation on tiles with made to measure, half-glass dimensionsAt a order with “installation onto tiles“ please specify the exact dimensions of the shower area. To order a shower cabin mounted on tiles, HSK automatically manufactures made-to-measure, so that the glass fits to the millimeter on the joint tiles.

We offer other installation systems such as. assembly “outside edge of the profile”. If you are unsure in taking measurements, please send us a diagram. We are happy to help, even there!
