TERMS OF THIS PUBLIC AUCTION SALEThis is a public Auction sale and bidders unknown to me are requested to give bank

or other reliable reference or their bids cannot be executed. Or otherwise kindly for-

ward in advance remittance of 25% of the amount of your bids. Auction sales are

strictly for cash. Your bids are as binding as any contract, so do not bid unless you

are sure you can pay for what you bid on. No claims will be allowed unless same are

made promptly. The cataloguer has endeavored to describe all coins fairly and to men-

tion any defects.

NOTE:—Dealers’ bills must be paid promptly within 10 days from receipt ofpurchases.

Coins and medals, &c., are sold at so much per piece. If there are 3 pieces in a lot

and you wish to bid $4.50 for the lot then bid $1.50 for each &c. A 5 percent charge

will be made for packing & shipping on any coins purchased. Send your remittance by

money order New York or Boston draft as checks sent by parties unknown to me would

have to be verified.

Send in your bids on receipt of catalogue as many bids have to be entered and it is

always to the advantage of the bidder to send his bid in at once. In my last sale some

bids came in too late and could not be executed.

Do not bid less than the bullion value of silver and gold coins. A silver coin is

always worth its bullion value and considerable over this as a rule, and gold coins dollar

for dollar. All coins are guaranteed genuine in this sale.
