CERAMIC COATING
CeRam-Kote 54® is a ceramic polymer coating engineered to
provide excellent abrasion and corrosion protection in critical
service environments for all metals, fiberglass reinforced plastics,
concrete and plastic substrates. CeRam-Kote 54®’s highly modified
resin system has been heavily loaded with a unique package of
ceramic particles to enhance performance in extremely aggressive
environments. The product may be force-cured for enhanced
performance in extremely harsh environments.
Stock colors are available in off-white, gray, black, and tan.
DescriptionCombine Part A (coating) and Part B (curing agent) and stir until
both parts are thoroughly mixed: QUART CAN OR SINGLE LITER
MIXING: (when mixing quart or single liter cans only, pour Part A
into Part B. Use this procedure for quarts or single liters only due
to the small amount of curing agent in the Part B can). Stirring time
is temperature dependent, but a two (2) to four (4) minute stir at
72°F (22.2°C) should thoroughly mix the components. However,
caution must be used to prevent heat buildup. No induction time is
needed before application

CeRam-Kote 2000TL is a thin-film, spray-applied and air-dried
ceramic novalac epoxy coating system engineered to provide
excellent acid immersion service protection to all metals, fiberglass
reinforced plastics, concrete and plastic substrata. CeRam-Kote
2000TL is highly cross-linked to provide superior chemical
resistance. The product may be force-cured with heat for
enhanced performance in xtremely harsh environments.
CeRam-Kote 2000TL is available in three colors: white, grey and
tan.
DescriptionSpray apply for best results using conventional, airless, HVLP or
cup gun. The air source must be dry. The compressed air source
should be outfitted with air dryers as needed to supply
moisture-free air. Use pressure feed equipment such as high
volume, low pressure equipment or conventional equipment.
Airless: use reversible carbide tip with orifice size of 0.019-0.021
inches. If applying with roller, use short nap, such as ¼” (.244 mm).
After thoroughly stirring CeRam-Kote 2000TL, strain it with a
standard paint strainer and pour CeRam-Kote 2000TL into the
spray equipment.
Apply a first pass of six (6) to eight (8) mils (150 - 200 microns) WFT
and allow sufficient time for solvent to flash off. At 72°F (22.2°C),
30-40 minutes is sufficient. Apply a second pass of six (6) to eight
(8) mils (150 - 200 microns) for a total DFT of ten (10) to fifteen (15)
mils (250 - 375 microns). Cure time is temperature dependent.
Apply additional mils without incurring runs or sags if the finished
product requires thicker coverage. Whenever possible, apply
second coat in a cross-coat method.

METAL REPAIR COMPOUND
SealXpert™ PS102 Steel Repair Putty is a two component,
ambient-temperature curing epoxy putty. It is a steel- filled putty
suitable for a wide application range, convenient-to-use, non-sag-
ging with high bond strength. SealXpert™ PS102 Steel Repair Putty
can be machined after cured and it has good corrosion and
chemical resistance.
DescriptionSuitable for defect repairing and abrasion rebuilding for steel and
iron casting parts, rolling parts, machining parts. Applicable to
watercraft, harbour machine, automobile, mining machinery, etc.
repairing.
Prepare the repairing surface by grinding, filing or sand blasting.
Remove oil and chemical (if any) from the surface.
Mix component A (Resin) and Component B (Hardener) in
accordance to the specified ratio and stir to ensure uniform
mixture.
Dispense the repair putty onto the repairing surface with scrapper,
compress and compact to eliminate gaps and air bubbles.
Application
Stored in a cool and dry location in unopened containers at 8 to
28°C.
The product shelf life is 24 months.

RustEx*21™ : A new Improved High Performanced Waterborne
Rust Converter for the 21st Century. RustEx*21™ Converter uses
cutting egde coatings technology in the fight against corrosion
wherever it may occur and the performance of the product takes
success to a new level. The development of RustEx*21™ Rust
Converter has followed years of producing one of the world's most
successful Rust Converter. However, with understanding of today's
polymer technology, improvements to the performance of these
products were possible.
All ferrous metals corrode unless protected. The process is a
complex chemical action involving moisture and oxygen. This
persistent, destructive and degenerative process is accelerated by
associated surface contaminants such as mineral salts and acid.
Only by absorbing or neutralizing surface pollutants and complete-
ly excluding moisture and oxygen from the metal surface can an
adequate long term protective system can be achieved. Existing
rust control processes are only partially successful because they
do not cope adequately with all three basic causes of ferrous metal
corrosion:the elimination of surface contaminants, the removal of
free moisture and oxygen from the metal surface and the
protection of the treated surface by an impenetrable membrane.
Description
The basic problems of corrosion have not changed since Rust
Converters were first introduced over 30 years ago. All ferrous
metal will corrode unless they are protected and this corrosion is a
chemical reaction which involves the availability of oxygen and
water. The corrosive process does not stop once the surface is
oxidized but will carry on throughout the available metal. The
process will be accelerated when minerals or salts are present and
only by neutralizing or absorbing these surface pollutants and then
forming a barrier to exclude all oxygen and moisture can the
corrosion be halted.
The Ever Present Problem
RustEx*21™ Rust Converter deals with the THREE basic problems:

thermoset polymer coating. When cured, the ChemLine® 784/32
high cross-link density is unlike other coatings. ChemLine®
784/32 delivers significantly improved product performance
and anti-corrosion resistance. ChemLine® 784/32 coating is
formulated with a unique polymer designed and engineered
with high functionality. This bridged aromatic backbone
structure, when polymerized, forms up to 784 crosslinks.
ChemLine® 784/32 cross-links predominately through an
ether (carbon-oxygen-carbon) linkage. This eliminates high
concentrations of hydroxyl groups (found in epoxies) and
precludes formation of ester groups (found in vinylesters) which
are subject to hydrolysis and acid attack. ChemLine® 784/32 can
be ambient cured or low temperature forced air cured depending

The loading & Unloading arm are designed to transfer liquids and
gases between the pipe system of a jetty and tanker or barge
articulate freely during the transfer, to follow the normal
movements of moored vessels. The units are used in wide range of

DescriptionThe connection area is that volume in space in which the loading
arm should be connected to the ship’s flange. The area results
from the min/max. manifold setback and sized of vessel(fully of
light)at low or high tide.
Connection Area
The manifold flange of the tanker can sway or surge for a certain
vertical and horizontal displacement in this area, and it is safe for
the flange to drift in this area. The area is a part of a sphere and its
center of sphere is the swivel joint.
Drift area
Operating personnel will be warned by audio / vosial alarms.
Product valves on the land and ship side should be closed to
interrupt product transfer.
The alarm area is a cushion area out of the connection area and the
drift area, and in this area the arm can not be loaded and unloaded. If
the connection flange enters it , the alarm system of the arm can give
visual and audio alarm, and the operator should take some measure to
make the flange leave out of the area. Stop the hydro-transportation.
If there is DBV/ERS installed in the loading arm, it will close and cut off
the connection from vessel when the second grade alarm device
start-up, then the loading arm will uplift and lock at a position to avoid
the oil vessel continue movement and destroy the loading arm.

MARINE GANGWAY TOWER
Gangway & Gangway Tower is a device for operators of working at
site and crews to pass through board and off-board safely in the
process of liquid and gas tankers mooring at large modern harbor.
It is insteadof traditional boarding device.
During the development of the oil tanker harbor, the modern dock
for heavy oil tanker entering, especially the dock sets up with
isolated mound, its surface aren’t continuous and its elevation is
higher than normal one.
The oil tanker has serious jouncing, floating in higher frequency
and its scope is very big during the oil tanker is moored. The
problem is hard to be solved easily by the tanker’s own ladder
because the distance between oil tanker and the edge of dock. To
speed up the loading and unloading process and to ensure the
safety of the loaders and crews, it is natural for the modern large
oil tanker to replace own ladder with our Gangway Tower.
Just like Loading Arm, Gangway Tower becomes irreplaceable
advanced equipment being used more and more harbors.

QUICK RELEASE HOOKS
Installed at dock, Quick release hooks are special equipments for
winding and tying of ships. They are the update products of
mooring dolphins. Compared with cleat, they reduce working
intensity, increase working efficiency and improve safety and
reliability.
Quick release hook consists of integrated electrical winch and
release systems. They are suitable for large tonnage ships mooring
harbors that require fewer workers and quick releasing and
winding of the hawser under heavy storm or other dangerous
status.

LASER DOCKING SYSTEM
The earlier Berthing Aid Docking System uses sonar technology to
monitor the speed of docking. However, there are unsolvable
defects for sonar technology. If the beam of acoustic is too wide, it
always disturbs by the water produced by the stern propeller of
the nearby boats. What’s more, sonar detector must be installed
under the sea and easily destroyed. Thus, it is not convenient for
maintance. As the development of radar and laser technology in
the 1990s, they are applied in ship berthing aid docking system
and develop a lot. The advantage of more reliable and precise
function, jetty uses radar and laser technology for berthing aid
docking system.
