catching up a little....(lots of pics)
DESCRIPTION
I'll start with my most pleasant surprise, an Adee Kaye Guardian. I've seen them around, Adee Kaye that is, but this one drew my attention at some other bid sites I frequent. Then, low and behold, kurt had one he was offering up for trade. We struck a deal and it's been a big surprise! A nice hefty feel, good size (it's advertised as 50mm but wears more like 48), keeps great time and has a good feel on the wrist. The bold chunkiness of it drew my eye. Catching up a little....(lots of pics)
Need to do a little catching up, been doing a little traveling here and there (the Outer Banks
and mountains of NC). But that didn't stop me from adding to the Sicuro's!! I still love my Invicta's, my SAN III's, Ibiza's and RD's but the newer stuff hasn't been
singing to me, so I've branched out a little with three firsts for me...an Adee Kaye, an
Akribos and a mini grail of mine, a Sotomarino Italia Squallo Martello. Here are some pics:

Another nice surprise, a military inspired Akribos with dual time and big date. Very comfy watch on leather and cool summer color!

Yeah, I've been doing the same for the longest time. Last I looked, Precisiontime had the 3
hand for around $175 and the chrono around $225. Been waiting for the 3 hand to drop back
down to $125 again, but, I got this one for $115...shipped!!! And it's perfect!
I've been ecstatic. The Akribos was only $65 on a Bidz.com site! Thanks all...lovin these recent pick ups, BIG surprises all.
