DATE : January 25, 2016 TO ALL : HONORABLE MEMBERS OF THE PCL NATIONAL BOARD, NATIONAL EXECUTIVE OFFICERS, PROVINCIAL FEDERATION AND CITY CHAPTER PRESIDENTS AND ALL : MEMBERS OF SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD AND BAYAN, INTERESTED VICE MAYORS AND SANGGUNIAN SECRETARIES SUBJECT : INVITATION TO PCL END-TERM NATIONAL ASSEMBLY  The Philippine Councilors League will be conducting the PCL End-term National Assembly on March 7-9, 2016 at the Iloilo Convention Center, Mandurriao, Iloilo City in compliance with Sec. 14, Art. XVIII, PCL Constitution and By-laws. Among the important activities during the said event are:

� The Local Legislative Awards – Awarding Ceremonies as authorized by DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2015-16 and provided under the PCL Strategic Action Plan for 2014-2016.

� Ratification of the amendments of the PCL constitution and By-laws as provided under Art VIII of the PCL-CBL. A Registration Fee of Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (Php 9,800.00) shall be collected per participant to defray the costs of the seminar. In the event that contracted hotel rooms are no longer available, a registration fee of Six Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (Php 6,800.00) shall be collected per participant and the term “without accommodations” shall be stipulated in the Official Receipt. Php 6,800 Registration Fee shall NOT be accepted if rooms contracted by PCL are still available. Rebates are NOT allowed and only the ACTUAL amount paid shall be reflected on the Official Receipt.

List of actual participants with corresponding Official Receipt Number can be viewed one month after the said event as well as copy of this invitation with its corresponding attachments can be downloaded and printed at www.philippinecouncilorsleague.org.

The corresponding memorandum circular issued by the DILG and tentative event’s Schedule of Activities are attached herewith in support to your travel and registration expenses which may be charged to your local funds, subject to the availability thereof and to the usual accounting and auditing requirements and to all pertinent laws, rules and regulations. Please be reminded that your early arrival (before March 7) shall be charged to your personal account. Hotel check-in time starts at 2:00 p.m. on March 7, 2016.
