Congratulations Congratulations and God’s blessing to Kristina Ventura and
Timothy Banahan who celebrated the Sacrament of Matrimony
on June 23 at St. Theresa Church. As a parish community we pray
that God bless this marriage with Hope that is sure, Faith that is
steady, and a Love that endures.
In today’s gospel, Jesus says very clearly, “Follow me;” Those of us who gath-
er each week at Mass probably consider ourselves followers of Jesus. But are
we disciples? A disciple is a person who prays daily, recognizes the need for
Confession, has put Christ at the center of her/his life, is generous with their
time and treasure, serves the Church, and invites others to know Jesus bet-
ter. If all this seems too difficult, pick one or two practices to focus on. Build
your discipleship one step at a time.

St. Augustine School would like to get to know your family! Located at 26 Central
Street in Andover, St. Augustine School is a Catholic school serving students
in Nursery through Grade Eight. In addition to a rigorous academic curriculum root-
ed in faith, St. Augustine School offers a variety of extracurricular activities, service
opportunities, and technology integration. St. Augustine School also offers an early

The weekend of July 6 and 7 will be our monthly
food drive at all three parishes. All non-perishable
food items are welcome. We are in particular need
of: cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, paper
goods, spaghetti sauce, condiments, snack items,
juice and gluten free items. At the moment we
have an overabundance of pasta and rice. Thank
you so much for your continued generosity to this
important ministry.
Volunteer Drivers Needed Meals on Wheels delivers meals to homebound
seniors in the Billerica area on Mondays-Fridays
from 9:30am-1:30pm. At this time, Meals on Wheels is looking for a few volunteers to deliver
these meals a couple of days a week. If you are in-

Online Registration for Religious Education is here!
Billerica Catholic Religious Education now offers online registration! Families may
sign up online through our website, with payments made through your parishes’ Online
Giving. We offer partial payments and financial aid requests as well as payment in full.

gious Education, or contact our BCRE office manager, Carol at 978-667-3733. Please
register as soon as possible to ensure your child’s place in your first choice of time/
location. As always, we need teachers, teacher aides and hall monitors. If you would

Billerica Catholic Religious Education Office Summer Hours! The BCRE Office will be closed for the summer from July
1 thru August 15. Regular office hours will resume on Mon-
day, August 19. You may return your 2019-2020 Registration
Form by mail or drop it off in the black mailbox next to the
BCRE office door. You may also drop it off with the office
manager at any parish office. Feel free to leave a message or email during this time, as voicemails and emails
will be checked on a regular basis. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Have a wonderful summer!
