CB-LITORAL-A Client: Location: Gulf of Mexico Construction Site: Tampico Yard - Mexico Completion Date: February 2017 Contract Type: Lump Sum Total weight: 16,600 tons Project Description: The Compresión Baja Litoral A platform is part of the Lito- ral A field development project. The Litoral A offshore field is a shallow water field located in the southern part of the Gulf of Mexico. This area is located in the southwestern part of the Campeche Sound, which is Mexico´s most import- ant petroleum province. Maximum water depth in the Litoral de Tabasco is 115 feet. The Compresión Baja Litoral A platform will be designed to comply with new operating conditions for the Litoral processing center, to eliminate excess gas flaring, and to provide modular capacity needed for increased production. Scope of Work: Our SOW includes engineering, procurement, construction, load-out, sea fastening, transport, installation, testing, start-up, and commis- sioning of the platform (EPCIC). The structure including the deck, substructure, bridges and tripods will weigh approximately 18,850 tons.
