Our FoodThrough our in-house butchery we use local British and ethically farmed produce, which is selected, hung and prepared for each individual event. Our vegetables are handpicked by our Chef at the market, to ensure the freshest and best quality are used for your meal, and all salad leaves and herbs are grown and picked to order.

Our Executive Head Chef, Malcolm Rollings and his team are able to offer a wide selection of styles in their catering portfolio, whether it be the Free Range Hog Roast to the 5* Fine Dining experience.

Our team of specialist Wedding Planners can work with you on all elements of your day, drawing up an understanding of each individual preference, feel and look. Whether it be the design of your menu and the sourcing of an ingredient from a place close to your hearts, or the timing of the first dance, the Cut Above team will create that moment in time when all dreams come true!
