Jennifer Kealey's Due Diligence with regards to her CBSAICIC Refugee Application

CBSA/CIC ARE OBVIOUSLY "ACTING IN BAD FAITH" BY :

1-By providing Jennifer an unreadable washed-out instruction packet of refugeeapplication forms: Notice to Appear, Basis for Claim Order, Departure Order, etc.

2 - By not appointing and funding a legal-aid Counsel with expertise in her refu-gee status application, as done for TAMIL and other refugees

3 - By holding her (benched) for a total of 5 hours+ without rest or food

4 - Demanding her signature on blank "Deportation Order" while "under duress"

5 - Requiring her attendance at an Immigration and Refugee Board of Canadalocated at Montreal Quebec, 150 miles from home, when Ottawa is less than 50miles away. Threatened with permanent lifetime deportation if her status denied.

REMEDY RECOMMENDED BY CIPI :

JENNIFER MUST ABANDON mrs SPURIOUS APPLICATION

Please return her passport and New York Drivers License
