Areas like strategic management and decision making, Element of visionary leadership, Introducing and managing change at institutional level, Counselling for academic excellence and happiness, Issues in teacher development, Managing innovations in schools, Right to education and its implications, etc. are planned to be covered in this programme. The Board will shortlist candidates and send the nomination to IIM, Ahmedabad by 13 th September, 2019 and thereafter all the selected participants may transfer the requisite programme fee to the IIM, Ahmedabad directly through Electronic Fund Transfer. Greetings for a very happy Teacher’s Day!

IIM, Ahmedabad is planning to organize a programme on Strategic Leadership for Schools in a changing environment from October 14th to 18th, 2019.

The programme will focus on the multiple roles and responsibilities of the School Principal provide space to examine issues that most Principals face today and facilitate evolving a strategic response for a better future for schools.

Areas like strategic management and decision making, Element of visionary leadership, Introducing and managing change at institutional level, Counselling for academic excellence and happiness, Issues in teacher development, Managing innovations in schools, Right to education and its implications, etc. are planned to be covered in this programme.
