Revised CCA Structure:

• Dual CCA Scheme for Primary 3 students: Primary 3 students who take

up CCA will be required to choose 1 Physical and 1 Non-Physical CCA,

each lasting for 8 sessions (total of 16 sessions for both CCAs in the year)

The objectives of this scheme are to provide Primary 3 students:

Years CCA Scheme when in Primary 4 and 5 subsequently.

• 2-Years CCA Scheme for Primary 4 & 5 students: Primary 4 students

who take up CCA will be required to remain in the same CCA when in

Primary 5 if they take up CCA again in the subsequent year.

The objectives of this scheme are to develop in Primary 4 and 5 students:

- a sense of commitment,

- a greater level of mastery in the chosen CCA.

• Soccer (Boys) and Netball (Girls) only offered for Primary 4 & 5

students but on Saturdays: Primary 4 & 5 students may take up soccer or

netball as their only CCA or as a second CCA, which will be held on 20

Saturdays.

The objectives of this scheme are to allow Primary 4 & 5 students:

- the opportunity to pick up a non-physical CCA but still have the chance to

be physically active
