INSTRUCTIONS/GUIDELINES TO APPLICANTS (AFTER 3RD ROUND OF ALLOTMENT)

1. Students who were allotted a seat in round 1 or 2, who have already deposited initial fee of Rs. 10,000/- either

in round 1 or 2 and have already got their document verified, SHOULD REPORT (UNLESS THEY WISH TO

SURRENDER & TAKE PART IN ROUND 4) AND TAKE ADMISSION at the Latest Allotted Institute of third round

allotment, between 2nd

July 2012 to 7th

July 2012, failing which their allotment would be cancelled and they

would be out of CCMT 2012. THESE CANDIDATES SHOULD REPORT WITH THE REMAINING FEE (AFTER

DEDUCTING INITIAL FEE OF Rs. 10,000). PLEASE VISIT THE ALLOTTED INSTITUTE’S WEBSITE FOR FURTHER

INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING THE SAME. Out of these, applicants, those who had earlier taken Option 1 or 2

would have a choice of taking Option 2 or 3. In case they select Option 2, they would be considered for further

upgradation within the Institute in Round 4. However they would not be allowed to refill their choices (Already

filled eligible choices would only be considered). ONCE ADMITTED THEY CANNOT SURRENDER THEIR SEAT.

2. Students who were allotted a seat in round 1 or 2, who have already deposited initial fee of Rs. 10,000/- either

in round 1 or 2 and have already got their document verified and WHO WISH TO SURRENDER THEIR ALREADY

ALLOTTED SEAT (IN 3RD

ROUND) AND TAKE PART IN ROUND 4, may report to any reporting NIT and take

surrender. ONCE SURRENDERED THEY CANNOT TAKE ADMISSION. Such Applicants should mandatorily fill their

choices between 9th

to 11th

July 2012, from anywhere. Choices would be automatically locked at 5:00 PM on

11th

July 2012.

3. Students who have been ALLOTTED A SEAT IN ROUND 3 ONLY, should login and print the e-challan, should

deposited initial fee of Rs. 10,000/- in any ICICI Bank up to 7th

July 2012 (4:00 PM) and then report as follows

a. In case they DO NOT WISH TO SURRENDER ALLOTTED SEAT, they should report to the ALLOTTED NIT

AND TAKE ADMISSION between 2nd

July 2012 to 7th

July 2012, failing which their allotment would be

b. IN CASE THEY WISH TO SURRENDER THEIR ALREADY ALLOTTED SEAT (IN 3RD ROUND) AND TAKE PART

CANDIDATES SHOULD TAKE ALL ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS, ALL FEE RECEIPTS, LETTERS & DOCUMENTS ISSUED FROM

REORTING CENTRES, ONE SET OF PHOTOCOPIES AND COLORED PHOTOGRAPHS EVEN IF THEIR DOCUMENTS HAVE

BEEN VERIFIED AND/OR IF THEY WISH TO SURRENDER
