Chicago NATS January 2011 1 CHICAGONATS www.chicagonats.org January 2011 2010-2011 Board Members A very Happy New Year to you all! February will be a busy month for CCNATS. We continually work to improve the event offerings and experiences provided to our members and their students. To that end, you will see changes to this year's competition signup process. We are moving toward the process used by our national organization for their vocal competitions, employing a new online software program in which teachers gather and input their students' information and fees. This is a change from last year, when students enrolled themselves. If you have questions about these procedures, do not hesitate to contact me or Mark Crayton for clarification. Two new events have been added to the February lineup: a workshop with French mélodies specialist Bruno Laplante and a Song Salon, or information gathering of members to sing for each other. Check out details below! Best to all of you for success in 2011! I look forward to seeing you at the February events.
