About CDDP

● Non formal schools for dalit children in villages in Thiruvallur district in Tamil Nadu

● Tuition centers which function from 5:00 to 8:00● Target kids from scheduled class, and scheduled tribes ● Helping the children join mainstream education● 2 schools in Arungulam and Nedumbaram in 1997● 2 more schools in Nemilli and Nallatur villages in 1999● 3 more schools in 2003

● Special Coaching sessions for higher grade students.● Special program for the adolescent girls of our seven Asha Schools

○ Reproductive health systems = preventive and curative ○ Guidance on vocational training and degree courses available.

capabilities

● “The tech museum” award for designing an innovative device to catch rodents for the Irula people to Mr. Sethu Narayanan.
