‘CEACA’ stands for Continuing Education and Arts Centre of Alexandra. We are a Neighbourhood House, a Learn Local organisation and a Registered Training Organisation all rolled into one and have been operating for over 30 years.

From January 2015, CEACA will be launching the new look course guide and website. Look out for these in your mailbox or request as an eBrochure by visiting www.ceaca.com.au.

2015 will also see CEACA having two campuses in Alexandra. Murrindindi Training Institute (MTI) will be delivering the nationally recognised certificates courses in the old hospital on Cooper Street. The Learn Local and Neighbourhood House courses will continue to be delivered at CEACA next to the Post Office on Downey Street.

What is MTI? Murrindindi Training Institute (MTI) is the centre of excellence for a range of qualifications. Courses are based on an industry driven training model. This involves employers, industry associations and MTI working in collaboration to design training courses that produce job ready and highly sort after graduates.

What is the relationship between CEACA and MTI? CEACA is the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) for MTI, this means that MTI delivers training, while CEACA handles the enrolments and administrative tasks.

MTI has three schools:

1. The School of Outdoor Leadership

2. The School of Community Services

3. The School of Tourism and Hospitaility
